We are regular customers here, that will come to an end. Customer service gets worse and worse, food is good but the attention is bad, once we had to order 4 times because the waiter kept on forgetting our order, finally our food gets here and one plate was forgotten to be order. In a different visit it took us 20 min to be acknowledge. Today 15 minutes to take our orders, 3 waiters asked to provide soy sauce, and a very pushy buzzer to make us leave. I got to say we will not return here. It was one of my favorite place s to go, but customer service is very important. Let me clarify that the place is not packed or needy of additional waiters every time we had visited.

Great food and service. First time customer and I will most definitely come back. Wife and I came on a Saturday night and parking was not an issue and got seated within 5 minutes of arriving.

We have never had anything at this place that wasn’t delicious. Today was no exception. The vegetarian mock fish entrée was different and so tasty. The fatty brisket phở was outstanding, and the service was almost too friendly. We love this restaurant.

The food here is authentic and tastes fantastic! Very nice environment and great prices for the portion size. The only thing that was lacking is quality of service. The staff rarely acknowledged us when we needed help, regardless of it being a slow night and we’re short with us when they did which was a turn off. I’d consider coming back but we’re going to look for a place with better staff.

Went in last night and waited almost 10 minutes to be seated when there was no one else waiting. We had to keep flagging someone down to bring us what we needed. Shitty service, food was good though.

Food is okay. Service sucks. Never once got checked on or asked if we needed anything. The guy who brought our check had a bad attitude while saying thank you. $ 9 for a damn large phở bowl.

Best phở in the southbay! The phở soup is delicious, the meat is very tender and flavorful. The spring rolls are tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place.

I usually go to Phở Hoa but I live in Chula Vista and this place is pretty good. The price is good. It gets very crowded especially on a rainy days.

Excellent Vietnamese sandwich. Their grilled chicken sandwich exceeded my expectations! The chicken had so much flavor and the bread was perfectly toasted. I’ve had their spring rolls here too, along with their noodle dishes. Food is excellent, but I can’t say the same for their service!

We have been having phở here since 2010. There is no better place. The best is phở chin, a delicious broth, filled to the brim with noddles and slices of beef. Service is timely and charming.

So decided to come in today due to the horrible weather and sore throat i needed some phở. Came in and lemme tell you this place was popin. First time eating inside. Good thing i came in when i did. Got sat and attended to quick. Ordered a #3A(shrimp spring rolls) and #1 phở“special combo«with a thai iced tea. Baes got the #33 shrimp & steak phở i believe and a passion green tea. The egg rolls were on point very thick wrapped tight(nobody likes a loose spring roll!) And flavorful as hell. The peanut butter sauce that came along with them.. omg i could not stop dipping! !! Delicious! my phở was brakin… just wish it had more noodles than broth… They give you 2 big plates of veggies tho which are also fresh & great. The service was okay, food was yummy and the teas were bomb as always. … as always will come back

With the exception of the one female who is nice, most of the men working here waiters here look like they hate their job. A lot of them do no talk. When you come in they will start off point and directing you where to sit. Like a dog. Then when it’s time to order they will miss at least one small detail of what you are asking for. If you want an item on the menu you don’t want to change then its fine. After that, no one will check up on you. No one will give you an update. You just wait and watch even if it takes 30 mins. In short, this is just your typical lackluster Asian restaurant service. And I dare say, they are more polite and accommodating to white people. Anyways, come here for the food but service can leave a bad taste in your mouth.

First time in and I was very pleased with my experience. Highly recommended. I have never ate at this type of restaurants so I did not know what to order. I decided to pick a number and hope for the best. I ordered the number 1 Phở Soup and was very happy with what I revived. Good God the serving size were huge, I recommend the small bowl for first timers.

Very good! Bah mi sandwich combo was excellent. Phở #14 was very good; tender beef and flavorful broth. Try the fresh lemonade and club soda. Don’t — add jalapeños to your Phở and rub your eyes! Ouch! Like an unwanted holiday relative, I’ll be back!

Rainy day in San Diego means it’s phở weather! The place was empty when we got here and got seated right away. For starters we order 3 eggs($ 4.95) with came with a side of fish sauce and some veggies. They where nice and crispy. And the size of the eggs where longer than other places. Phở($ 7) rare steak. First off the rare steak wasn’t rare at all. The soup was ok. Not authentic. Didn’t like it. And the noodles were all broken into tiny little pieces. Marinated pork chops($ 8.95). Surprisingly the pork was cooked nicely. It was tender and soft. And marinated really well. The dish also came with a side of soup, fish sauce, and veggies. Their portion size has definitely gone down. I remember they used to serve you more rice and noodles. They have changed over the years. I remember their phở was a lot better than now. Won’t be coming back here. I would rather drive up to convoy to get my phở fix.

Phở Hiep restaurant in Canyon Plaza on Telegraph Canyon road. is probably one of the best vietnamese restaurant. Their soup noodles(phở) tastes great compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to. Their egg rolls and spring rolls are also tasty. The price is slightly higher but its worth it. The place is really clean, however, the staff seems or looked like they’re stressed out except for Tony. Parking here is never a problem. The staff could be more friendly and not tensed for that, I’m giving them 4 stars for Tony because he is the only friendly staff there.

This place is a hit or miss with customer service and I’ve been here quite a few times. There will be days you will be seated quickly but then would wait awhile to get your order in OR you’ll be standing at the door with vacant seats available waiting to be seated OR even sometimes after you pay it takes awhile to get your card/change back. As for the food; I’ve never had a problem with their phở or egg rolls. It is what I usually order. It’s good but not great. But this place is better than their other restaurant on Eastlake pkwy.

I’ve been to this restaurant a few times so I think it’s safe to say this place is consistently good. I admire the chefs work in making their food more flavorful and visually pleasing than the several Vietnamese restaurants I’ve tried in my home town. On to my experience… Our waitress sat us down with menus and jot down our drink and appetizer orders quickly. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer because who can resist eating lettuce wrapped egg rolls at a Vietnamese restaurant? I sure can’t. It was surprising how quick these bad boys came out– we almost devoured them in seconds. Quick note– adding sriracha to the sauce gives a good kick to your egg rolls if you’re a sriracha fan! For my entrée i ordered the marinated pork chop! I was in awe at the presentation and taste of my dish. It was remarkably appetizing as well as flavorful. I finished every single piece of meat on that plate and I would do it again! AND it was for a reasonable price @ $ 9.50! I loves my experience here and definitely see myself coming back in the future!

I need to find a new Phở place. Tho I do like there chicken phở & some of there other items. The food here is good for the most part but it’s the customer service that has gotten worst & worst as time goes by. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now & I think it’s time to find a new Phở place. The register people are always looking upset & are not friendly, even when you call for take out they sound rude & that’s if you understand them cuz the guy who answers the phone doesn’t know English! He’s messed up my order a few times. Then he looks upset when I correct him(I should be upset not him). And now the unfriendliness is getting contagious cuz now the waiters are beginning to act that way. They seem to be in a hurry & always rushing you, not cool. I go cuz it’s close to home & I do like there Chicken Phở. But not anymore. You’ve been good to me ‘Phở Hiep’ but it’s time to move on, I’m breaking up with you. And I’m not gonna say«It’s not you it’s me» cuz I’ll be honest it is YOU! We’ve had some good times & meals but lately there has been no chemistry anymore. So I say bye for now & for ever. I will find a new Phở place & I will forget you. Oh & hire a new guy who knows English to answer phones for take out orders.

I couldn’t believe that this is a 3-star establishment but it’s so true. My Order: Beef Banh Mi(Dine-In special w/bowl of soup + chicken salad) What a disappointment. First off, let’s start with the good: Well cooked beef and crispy baguette. Bowl of soup was perfect(not at all salty). Chicken salad was refreshing and light. Price was just right for the amount of food. Now the bad: Daikon and carrots were not as pickled as I had liked them to be(if at all). There needed to be some kind of sauce or spread to enhance the flavor and texture of the banh mi but there wasn’t. I think I had my hopes too high for this place and started comparing it to other places I’ve been to with better banh mi. Sorry Phở Hiep & Grill but because of this I had to give a 3 out 5. However, I do appreciate the good and friendly service. Our waiter was excellent and made me feel welcomed.
