Came to pier 1 to do some shopping for my home. Have not been to a pier 1 in many years. The store was very nice and well decorated. Lots of different color combinations. The prices were kind high for what you received. So I was looking for the sale items. There was not a lot of bargains. I did find a couple things that were reduced, but they looked damaged. I ended up buying nothing because there were no good deals. But did like the layout of their products on the showroom.

I love their wide selection of choices. The style and colors look amazing. Unfortunately, a majority of their items are rather expensive. You do, however, get what you pay for. Im a big fan of their furniture and decorations but, like i said, too expensive

I don’t know what it is about this place. We’re always going here to try and find something and inevitably we never buy anything. It’s a nice store, has lots of products, and the staff is always nice. But the prices are sort of on the high side. TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Ross are in direct competition to this store. I know we’ll keep trying, who knows, one day we may make that purchase.

Not a fan of pier 1 anymore. They are over priced for really bad quality products. Not everything is bad, for instance I would buy pillows, plates, glasses and anything related to candles but the novelty items are crap. So cheaply made. I love a lot of things in this store, you walk into an overload of cute ness, but your better off spending more at west elm, or spending roughly the same for similar items at world market. This pier 1 was nice and organized and all of that, staff was nice, if you like pier 1 this is a nice location. I’m just giving my two cents on the quality of the products. Meh.

I basically come to PIER1 to buy fancy plates and drinking glasses. Other than that, you get what you pay for.

Honk if you like to overpay. I could not find the bargains the other reviewers wrote about even with a ’50% clearance sale’ going on. The sale items were not easy to find(which is simply business genius because we walked through the whole store) but the ones we did find were not what we were looking for. The establishment was understaffed on New Year’s Eve and I am glad we did not find a good bargain because the line was very long and slow-moving. My wife loves the place to walk through and get home ideas. If you go for this reason and occasionally find the nugget of a good deal amongst overpriced merchandise, then this would be a 4 or 5 star experience for you.

Bargain alert! Though I like many of the items that are sold at Pier 1, the prices are generally inflated to the extreme in comparison to the quality of items provided. Unless it’s a unique item which can’t be found elsewhere, I generally will not pay the regular prices. Fortunately on this day, I found a great quality door mat for 40% off the original price. The store is brightly lit and many options on display for home ideas. The service was okj, staff helped with questions.

When you are down and out visit Pier 1! We had a lovely ladies day and had a blast in this store! The staff was great and quick to help us with any questions even the silly ones of us posing with funny stuff. I love the kitchen items. They have a whole line of lady bug kitchenware that I will be visiting at Christmas time for a certain baker I know. The decorations keep you busy for hours and when you need a break from giggling at the silly pictures you have taken the couches in the front are great to lounge on. Don’t forget to join the mailing list for great specials too!

I love Pier 1, but the staff at this location is especailly friendly and helpful. I went in once with an expired gift card and didn’t know it had expired. I thought she would just throw the card away, but instead she spent 25 – 30 minutes on the phone trying to find the balance through the company and finally got me my $ 9.35! I was so impressed, and in this economy, every penny counts!

pros… another pier 1 store. pretty basic and cookie cutter for a pier 1 store. has all your furniture as well as other household furnishings from small asian countries. as well as your glassware, table settings, and other stuff like this. cons…has that awful lacquer ware smell. wicker, rattan, and other varnished things with that same awful smell. and parking. horribly inadequate parking.
