We have used Frankie for multiple tile projects in our home: travertine tile laid in a herringbone pattern for our dining room, travertine in our guest bath, wood-​look tiles in our kids bathroom, and most recently a subway tile backsplash with herringbone accent around the range. On this project he also worked to fix a few mistakes the granite company had made when installing our new countertops. He works diligently and with integrity, is dependable and a lot fun to work with too! My kids were sad to see him go!

I used Frank and his team for three tile projects in my home remodel: a full bathroom remodel for flooring and shower using crema marfil marble, a backsplash in the kitchen and a backsplash in the laundry room, both using travertine and glass. In addition, I had this company repair chocolate grout in my shower after chemical damage. These guys are excellent at their work– attention to detail and they listen to their clients. My bathroom and backsplashes are gorgeous. I highly recommend these guys for your tile needs!

A little late for this review… Frank did amazing work! Simply amazing. They redid all the backsplash and made custom outlet covers for the kitchen. My wife and I couldn’t believe how great the whole job turned out. After talking to Frank and hearing about his passion for the work he does and how long he’s done it, you know right away you’re going to get a beautiful kitchen, bathroom or whatever! He was efficient and good with his price quote, even over the phone!

I just completed a remodeling project that included new tile in the entry, kitchen and bathroom and shower. The contractor, Scott Jennings, recommended Pinnacle Tile and Stone for the tile work. I was more than satisfied with the work done by this outfit – I was impressed. The owner Frank did most of the work himself although he used assistants for some of the demolition and clean up.
Frank is a perfectionist and his skill is obvious. For the floor I used high quality italian porcelain tiles that were 2 foot by 2 foot square tiles. I overheard two of the construction workers talking to each other – they were commenting on how difficult it is to install such large tiles so that the floor remains absolutely flat and level, and how Frank is one of the few tile installers able to this. The result looks perfect. Frank also did an amazing job tiling the bathroom walls with marble subway tiles; the grout lines are perfectly parallel with the walls and ceilings (he had to first prepare the walls with cement to achieve this) and the tile pattern is perfectly centered on all the walls.
I recommend Frank in the highest possible terms. Not only is he extremely skillful, he is also thorough and careful. For example, before he began installation he read over all the specs and instructions put out by the tile manufacturer, and he discussed with me his recommendations on the layout so that the cut tiles and grout lines would be most aesthetically located. He also has a marvelous upbeat attitude about his work. He seems to enjoy challenging himself to produce perfect results. In the job he did for me he succeeded totally.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Tile & Stone! Frank is amazing!!! We had another contractor install a kitchen backsplash which turned out to be a nightmare. Frank came in-​shining armor and all-​and demolished the botched backsplash and retiled it to perfection! Not only is his work impeccable, he’s professional, trustworthy, friendly, and leaves the job site clean every time! Such a cool guy and worth every penny! I will definitely use Pinnacle Tile & Stone again when we renovate our upstairs bathrooms.

Pinnacle Tile and Stone did an outstanding job replacing several rows of cracked tile in our master bathroom and installing a glass mosaic backsplash and tile accent in the shower. Frank was knowledgeable, fair and worked with us to get the look I wanted. The work exceeded my expectations.
We ended up adding a stone backsplash in our kitchen that looks amazing too! I love it and it was done quickly and cost much less than I anticipated. Frank is a craftsman and the results are better than I imagined. If you need an amazing tile artisan — give Frank a call, you will not be disappointed! If we ever decide to do any additional tile or stone work, he will be my first and last call!

Pinnacle Tile and Stone were recommended by Banning and Son Construction. Frank and his crew did a fantastic job tiling my master bathroom due to a leak/​flood. Frank worked within my budget and gave me some great ideas on tile design for the floor and shower. When I decided to make a change it was no problem and no additional charge. Frank and his crew left the area clean at the end of the day and completed their work within the time frame. I highly recommend Pinnacle Tile and Stone and will definitely use them in the future.

Frank is awesome! I contacted 4 tile installers to repair a broken travertine tile in my scripps ranch home. Frank got back to me right away. When he got to my house, he pointed out another cracked tile and said it wouldn’t be a problem to fix that one as well. I brought the extra tile I had sitting in my garage and he said this tile does not match. He took a photo of my floor and went to a tile dealer not too far away and was able to find me an exact match! He then took out the broken tile… mastery! Clean and precise. He was very professional and left the area clean. He not only grouted the new travertine tiles (and the result was you couldn’t even tell that there was a replaced tile!) but he added grout to areas where the grout looked cracked because it settled below the surface lines of the tiles. My floor looks beautiful! I highly recommend Pinnacle Stone and Tile to do your install! No hidden fees or charges either.
OH! And after he had left, one of the other contractors I had called finally got around to calling me back! haha
