Safelite AutoGlass

I brought my car in due to a mysterious water leak. I was told by a mechanic at a different shop that it was most likely the windshield. I took my car to Safelite and the guys spent 30 – 45 minutes inspecting the windshield to ensure that it wasn’t the windshield before replacing it. Turns out it was something else. When it was time to leave they didn’t charge me for anything! I came to Safelite prepared to spend a few $ 100 to replace a windshield, and they ended up saving me that much. Great, honorable guys. I will definitely bring my car back for any future windshield needs.

Safelite replaced my car windshield after it was hit by a rock. The technician, Jason, really knows his stuff. The new windshield works great and having the work done at my house made my life easier.

Quality if work is 5 star. Lobby, tv, complementary drinks 5 stars. Wifi 1 star. Wifi is easy to connect, but super slllloooow. Way faster to use my 4G/​LTE with only 3 bars of signal.

Great business very professional staff. I was welcomed in by Ivan. He did a great job informing me of my options and made sure I had a great experience. I had a crack on my windshield that was about 2 inches he told me he would try his best. I didn’t expect much but I was amazed by how good it came out you can’t see any thing on the windshield any more plus he was done so fast. I appreciate all the work he did they even cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my car this is a top notch place they even have free sodas and snacks while you wait if you ever have a crack on your windshield I recommend bringing it here just ask for Ivan.

Shop is immaculate. Had an appointment for 10 am and they took my car in right on time. The work is fantastic, you can’t even tell its a replacement. The seams are perfect. The new windshield is crystal clear and bonus– they were able to put my work parking sticker back on somehow! I was thrilled– no waiting forever at security to get a new one as I had imagined! Thank you to the super professional staff. In and out in 1 hour and 45 min. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location.

Right on! This place is locked-​on! Had an arranged appointment today at this location via USAA (my insurance company) due to a cracked windshield and Safelite installed a much better windshield than my Nissan originally came with. This windshield is crystal clear! It hit me as I was driving home that it almost looked as if there was nothing there (glass wise) where my old windshield used to be! Robert Maya’s the store manager at this location and made me a happy customer when I left his location. It took them the entire 2-​hours that they told me it would take so there were no surprises there. Robert and his staff also gave me a heads up that there may be some issues with my truck’s windshield seal, but there ended up being none, but at least they gave me a heads up. If you end up needing a new windshield for your vehicle, go see the guys at the Safelite shop at 1415 Broadway in Chula Vista. You’ll be glad you did.

Bernardino came out and took good care of my broken window problem. He made sure all the glass was out of the door, cleaned the inside of my car so fragments of glass were not left behind and when he was done he washed my windows.

Extremely happy with the service! I got the crack mid-​morning on I-​8. I came home and scheduled an appointment online to have someone come between 1 and 5. He came out, closer to 12:30, and was finished quickly. The crack looks as great as it can for having an object fly at the windshield at 65+ mph! Alberto (the technician) was friendly and does quality work.

Hugo came out, replaced my window, cleaned up the broken one and the inside of the car. Was expecting so much less, but he did an amazing and professional job.

I’ve used the Chula Vista, CA Safelite for a glass repair and windshield replacement. They replaced a warrantied windshield without a hassle. Management is exceptional and offer amazing customer service. They will do what is needed to satisfy their customers.

I’m impressed. I made my appointment for them to come to me with a time window between 1:00 — 5:00 PM. The installer Jason Papa arrived just a little past 1:00. A couple hours later and it’s finished. He was polite and professional. He also cleaned the other windows of my car after installing my windshield. I only gave 4 stars because of another window replacement done to this car when my dad owned it. It was the front passenger window. The Safelite technician did not get the alignment right. The window is noticeably bowed and makes a lot of noise when moving. I’m have to contact them to see how I can if they will resolve this issue. Stay tuned for an updated review
