Business Owner

The Bill of Rights is owned by South Bayfront Sailing Association, a California non-​profit corporation offering exciting maritime programs for the Chula Vista harbor. SBFSA was chartered in 2013 to provide historic tall ship experiences, educational classroom programs, shared access to a variety of boats from sailing dinghies to small keel boats, junior sailing classes & ASA certification in the South Bay region. We are now proud members of the American Tall Ship Society and American Schooner’s Society.
