New management are really rude. They dont want to help you in anyway. Me and my husband feel they have it in for us. If we had the money we would move. But i think there trying to get us out after 7 – 8 years. So we just might have to.

The management here is so disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. I recently moved out and was told I owed 3 different charges. After she argued with me and gave me the run around she finally gave me what I deserved. This isn’t before she harassed me about returning the key and speaking badly about me in spanish. I was the only tenant in the office and her and her colleagues felt the need to communicate in spanish amongst each other about my situation while I was standing there. Inappropriate and unprofessional I will be report them to BBB.

Just to let everybody know, how crappy and distasteful living at Sunrose got the last appox.8 months we were there! Samahara the manager was so imcompetent, did’nt know her right from her left! This is an affordable community, and the late charges are 100.00 and a 25.00 post it fee if they have to post ANY notice on your door, for any reason! Does this sound like these people that live here can afford these added cost! I am so GLAD TO BE GONE! Miss the old employees, one stayed Miguel he’s great, the rest suck! You’ll be sorry if you move here!
