I’ve used this business to cater work, family and little league events. The food is second to none! The taste, the amount, the quality of service, the professionalism is all noteworthy. Jesus shows up, and gets to work right away. Absolutely no comparison to other taco guys/​restaurants who sell pre-​made meat and store bought tortillas. Jesus and staff cook the meat on the spot and has someone making tortillas. He also brings the carne al pastor on the trompo. The flavor is amazing. When he catered for us, he brought cheese to make mulitas. This helps when you’ve got kids asking for quesadillas, and adults who love cheese. I saw another post on here compare these tacos to Tacos El Gordo in Vegas, but honestly there is no comparison. The spread Los Chuchys puts on is fantastic. Definitely recommended.

I must admit, when I first saw a picture of these guys catering an event I started salivating. Most taco caterers come with your basic meats, carne asada and chicken.
If you’ve been to the infamous Taco’s El Gordo then you’ve seen the juicy adobada meat roasting on the trompo. These guys came with everything to make my birthday a success!
My guests absolutely loved their adobada! It was all prepared on site!!! They cut the pineapple and placed the meat on the trompo and we all salivated as we watched it roast. I have a large family and a great big group of friends so my party was for 60 people. The lovely owner through the trompo in for free since it’s typical reserved for parties over 70 people. I was able to choose 3 types of meat and two aguas. They included plates, napkins, cups, utensils and all the fixings to the taco along with beans and rice. The tortillas were made right on the spot and everything was so good. My only regret is, I only ate 2 tacos. Ugh!
Fortunately, my aunt hired them to cater their 25^th wedding anniversary. Trust me, I made up for it! If you want the authentic experience and great meats these guys are number 1!
