I just bought a condo from this builder and, while I know the economy has not been the best, dealing with these people and their representative, Shoni Blevins, has been extremely difficult. I would consider Shoni to be borderline unethical and I had to question most everything she told me. I put an offer in on the last garage available and someone came after me and said they would not buy a unit unless they had the garage. So Shoni sold it to them right out from under me, while telling me that the builder wanted more money for the garage — after quoting me a certain price. So not cool!
Needless to say, I would not recommend doing business with this company. Caveat Emptor!
