Yessss all the way to Vape Up. I’m here often because it’s nearby home and they carry a wide selection of name-​brand juice. The employees are always extremely helpful in every way, also super chill and fun to talk with. Also, it really is worth having a belly-​up rewards card. I have never had any problems with this shop, until today.
Came in just an hour ago to stock up on juice because I had some points on my rewards card that I wanted to redeem. I didn’t catch the name of who was helping me but I think he was new. He was helpful and very kind. What I had an issue with was the other male employee lookin like a lil shrimp looking ass with a baby man bun. Him as a «veteran vaper» seemed to put down the new employee that was helping me, as if he was superior because he’s more knowledgable on vapes. It just really turned off my boyfriend and I how rude he was treating his fellow coworker literally in front of our face, even if it was for a slight second. Like YEAH cool bro, you know your sh*t but don’t rub it in his face, especially in front of customers. Be nice and let him know his wrong-​doings in a polite way rather than in an obnoxiously rude way.
Will be returning, but will not speak wth this little short man. Learn some manners, dude.

This place has a lot of products and a lot of customers. When I walked in the whole place is a fog but they greeted me which was nice. I came in to pick up a new flavor and they had many samples to try out which was really nice but unfortunately I was in a rush so I was in and out but I did pick up what I needed and was helped quickly. Thank you ! Will be returning.

Found them through Instagram. Tons of mods, rda’s, tanks, juices etc. a little high in their pricing. I was disappointed that although they advertise they support the military they only offer a discount on juices. No Military Discount on hardware. A lot of San Diego vape shops offer a 20% discount across the board. Not this one! Still wound up buying a Twisted Messes 150 W mod for $ 99.99 plus tax. Pretty much I only go there if they stock something that I can’t get elsewhere. I would definitely give them more business if they offered a military discount. All in all, definitely worth a stop by to check them out.

I’m new to San Diego and was looking for a good Vape shop to go to. I found a great one.
Vape USA’s staff is very professional, and fun to talk to as well. Not a combo you get at most Vape shops. Jack asked for my ID and playfully joked with me about it being real, matching one of my ID’s to my other. It was a great, friendly way to feel welcomed into a new shop. He went to the effort of introducing me to all the staff members, instantly making me connected to the shop. They have awesome juice brands to choose from, and great Vape selection. Highly recommended, and will be coming back to make this my local shop! Vape Up USA!

Wow. I went here all the time, at least twice a month and would buy quanitiy of fluid, my mod and other stuff for me and my girlfriend. My last review was 5 star and I still have a lot of respect for the rest of the staff. The bigger guy who is always working just straight treated me for no reason.
I tried to explain to him that his staff who built up my RBA told me to come back if it still was not hitting right. I wanted it rebuilt with a single coil to try and fix it, I could careless about the fee, I was not asking for anything for free. Dude coped an attitude completly misunderstood me. Hes like well when did he do the work? I told him it didn’t matter id pay for it, just want it different.
Big guy told me the guy who would build it would be back like 4 times, I’m like bro I’m not pressuring you why do you keep saying that?
I did not like the defensive/​agressive posture he took when I was not asking for anything other than to pay them to build it differently.
I’m really disappointed that they would treat someone who stops in regularly like that. Lots of other vape shops, oh well.

Best vape shop in SD. They are the most welcoming people in a vape shop that I’ve ever encountered. This is our go to shop when in SD since we’re from The Bay. I can tell It’s the go to local shop, I’ve ran into my little cousin here 2 times and I’ve only been here 3 times but the Bf has been here like 6+ times. They always have the latest mods, addys and juice. They have a ton of juice and a wide variety of them. We always leave with at least 2 new juices. The free food has me coming back foeshiz! Lol.

My experience at Vape Up USA has been positive since my first visit. Props to Lee for assembling this joint. This place is NOT just a plain ol’ vape shop, but in my own words, it is «a commonplace for the vape community that offers PREMIUM goods, services and knowledge.»
They are consistently stocked with the juices I like and offer very reasonable, if not the lowest prices on hardware (like $ 30 for 4-​slot eFest Charger. and I paid $ 40 for the 2-​slot charger –_​-​) What is really cool is the ambiance. Every staff member has been very welcoming. It creates a positive, social environment which produces happy customers. As a result, I have met lots of new people and spent lots of money at this store. Props also to Kevin and the girl with curly blond hair for great service, Jack for good management and service as well.

Went in here on a whim because my boyfriend needed e-​juice when we were in SD.
I Unilocaled this place; it seemed promising. As we walked in the establishment, I knew it was a good pick because it was packed for a Wednesday afternoon. My boyfriend knew what flavor to get and the member of the staff got it right away. (Come to think of it, I am pretty sure the guy was a manager or even the owner of the joint… we didn’t stick around long to find out because we were in a rush) Any who the man was very pleasant and he knows his trade very well. Yay for Vape Up USA.
