History

Established in 2013.

Ramona initially began face painting by helping another face painter in September of 2013. Ramona had such a good time she decided to put her art background and enthusiasm to work. She was so excited to have found a way to be a working woman and a full time mom to our one and a half year old amazing son, Wyatt. While all this was taking place I was on leave of absence from work due to some back issues. I was creating a whole new connection and bond with my family. It was a dream come true. So the thought of returning to work & leaving them wasn’t even an option. So my wife and I came up with a solution. We sold one of our cars & purchased two bounce houses and more face paints for Ramona. That was the day We Like 2 Party SD Face Painting & Party Rentals became a business in November of 2013.

I’ve used many different party suppliers in the past but none compare to We Like 2 Party SD. It is so convenient to have everything you need in one place. Last year I had the petting zoo, jumper, tables, cotton candy machine for my sons B day and it was a huge success. This year we used them again and was not disappointed they were on time and very professional. I will continue using them for every occasion and highly recommend to everyone.

We scheduled an inflatable movie screen setup for our daughters 14th birthday and 20 of her friends. A few days before she had a soccer injury and we had to cancel the party. We Like 2 Party was super accommodating and let us reschedule when she was better.
They were on time, excellent value and great communicators throughout the process. I would hire them again without hesitation.

They provided all the services for my sons party last year and did an amazing job! The mini zoo was a big hit, all the kids loved it. I do have to say the face painter did such an awesome job, I have never seen a face painter work so fast to get all the kids and look so great. NAHHHH! I am good for my nieces party I definitely don’t want to deal with a badly run business plus my boss got a good place for her kids party and I am gonna go with them. No way would I waste any of my money n or time on a place thats rude and embarrassed me to my boss… I feel dumb I recommended you in the first place. Try taking business classes on how to talk anf run a business they have them at community colleges and online. You could have had a lot of people who would have wanted to use you my boss is having 45 kidz and parents at her party but your definitely not getting any of that extra money or anything from it blame your rude mouths!

What a great group to work with! Zach is very quick to respond, helpful and gave great suggestions to make my party awesome. They are very honest and even suggested some alternatives that involved not necessarily working with them because I’m in Northern San Diego. I’ve thrown many kids parties and I’ve never had a more amazing experience than having Ramona paint the kids faces. My guests STILL talk about her, and that was a party from 6 months ago. I have a party coming up soon and was so sad I couldn’t use her as she was totally booked. But hey, good news travels fast and the word is out: she’s the best in the business. I will call much sooner next time and look forward to using this company for years to come.

The entire experience was great. We rented a jumper. Zachary came early and let us use the jumper early and then picked it up late (which gave us more time to play) all which was communicated ahead of time. He was great at communicating the plan, offered many suggestions for how to set up everything and worked with our schedule. We also rented tables and chairs which were great. He would text back fast and we never had any questions as to what was going to happen. Great communicator and a great deal.

We booked Zach and his petting zoo for my sons birthday party and it was a complete success! The kids loved the animals. Zach was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this small petting zoo for your kids entertainment. Also, you can’t beat the price!

Ramona was amazing! I hired her at for my daughters 5th birthday about a month ago and she was amazing. She arrived about 10 minutes before her set time she she could set up all her paints. The kids had a cute hollywood style chair that made them feel so special. Ramona’s face painting was so detailed that even some of the adults joined in. Her work was way better then people I’ve hired that charged 3 times what she charges. I highly recommend!

We just had Zach and his petting zoo with Ramona and her face painting for our daughter’s b-​day party. They were awesome, professional and patient with our special needs children and friends. I can’t say enough about the face painting — Ramona is an amazing artist and seriously something to see. My wife found these guys by chance, and I’m glad to support a small family business. This is a tough industry to be in with no margin for error, and reading the other reviews, I can totally understand frustration when things cause delays or cancellations, but I will absolutely be recommending them and will definitely be using them again for other events. Very satisfied! Anyone who can handle a pig, tortoise, 2 birds and a dozen rabbits with a handful of kids with Autism doing their best to cause havoc is someone who gets respect in my book.

If you read the owners response to my LEGIT (at least he agrees they are LEGIT) complaints of being a no-​show and ruining a long planned weekend for 10 kids, all you read are a bunch of sad ‘its not my fault’ excuses.
Scroll down to the other complaints about his wife not showing up for a face painting gig (she ran out of gas on the freeway, then turned off her phone and was a no-​show when the customer who’s house she was supposed to be at tried to call her)
and it sounds like the same BS the guy did to me —
vehicle ‘stalls’ in the middle of the freeway and he just ditches the whole weekend plans for a party jump at my house…
I don’t know about you people, but if this couple has one child and one on the way, and owns and operates a business and has vehicles that break down or (irresponsibly) run out of gas in the middle of the freeway and then use that as an EXCUSE not to even answer their phone for customers they have already contracted with —
does that sound like someone you would want to do business with ?
All the «God Bless» phrases in the world don’t make up for completely ruining MANY peoples childrens parties due to irresponsibility and lame excuses.

We rented our tables and chairs for our backyard wedding from them ! They were delivered the day before even though it was pouring rain ! I was impressed with how clean they were and for a great price. We also hired Ramona to face paint at our reception. She was totally awesome !! Such a hit ! She even painted the adult’s faces !! Everyone thought it was really fun. She was quite the artist. People are still talking about it, I was so happy she made our wedding reception so much fun !!!

We planned a Christmas party and hired We like 2 Party SD for our party needs. They delivered and went above and beyond. From the get go, it was easy to reserve the tables, bounce house, cotton candy machine and petting zoo for my son’s party. Ramona is so professional and so sweet! Zach pays attention to detail and was really easy to work with. Even pouring rain doesn’t stop this company from delivering! He delivered the day before, which made setting up the party even more convenient. The day of, everything was a hit! Santa even made his way out to check the wonderful animals that they brought to show. On top of that, their prices are extremely reasonable! I highly recommend this business for your party, and will definitely be passing their info on to family and friends!

Do not use We Like 2 Party. We reserved the face painter for our daughter’s birthday party this Sunday. We confirmed with her the night before. The day of the party, she left a voicemail for my wife and said she was running 30 minutes late. We said that was fine. An hour later, no face painter. We called, and after a few rings it went to voicemail. We called back again and it went straight to voicemail, so she obviously shut off her phone. We still have not heard anything about why she no showed. My daughter was very upset. We actually switched the party from Saturday to Sunday in order for the face painter to show up.
