I just had the best acupuncture/​message ever!!! I feel like I’m on cloud 9. I truly recommend Jeanette Islas she has a great hand. The best part it was at a great price!

Worst customer service ever they just wanted to take our money. As soon as we walked in the first thing I hear «are you guys ready to enroll!?» and we said we wanted to check it out more because we had only been there once, and he seemed offended/​upset or something. Also, just because a worker there gave us a 7 day pass, they made it seem like we were doing something wrong. Why do they give out free passes if they don’t want people to actually go and try there gym out? … Another down side to this gym is that it doesn’t even have a Spa/​Jacuzzi .It is just a money factory.

Honestly…$ 20 for a guest pass lol and don’t even tell you the charge til your about to leave after you were there for 1 hr. SOOO ridiculous. «We’ll comp you next time you bring a guest» why would anyone want to bring a guest after that horrible customer service… Are they idiots?

Seriously so disappointed the first time i bring anyone in they charge my friend $ 20 … I use to be a member when it was b2be and i never had this problem they use to give free guest passes all the time im never bringing anyone again

Have too much money and don’t know how to throw it away, then this is the place for you. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s beautiful inside, great equipment, lot’s of space, but for the amount of money you pay per month you can have memberships at 24hr Fitness, LA Fitness and YMCA combined and still go out to eat. It’s just too expensive. Lot’s of high priced cars out front, which makes me wonder, too poor to buy your own equipment for a home gym but not too poor to buy a Maserati?

This place is the best staff facilities are just amazing never crowded just a amazing place!!!

Facilities are well equipped and clean. Diana is an amazing trainer! She took me from a size 16 to a 2. From a weakling to deadlifting 225 lbs! She knows so much about health, nutrition– she is available at all hours for support and guidance. Train with Diana– you won’t be sorry! #teamDiana

Great super clean gym. Not crowded, great customer service, but needs some heavier dumbells but they have ordered them after I asked. So much better then the over crowded other gyms. Totally worth the little extra money per month. Arturo is great!

I love this place! It’s clean, it’s never crowded, I’ve never had to wait for a machine, everyone is really friendly, they don’t call you a million times to try to get you to sign up for membership, the classes are great, and the personal trainers are the awesome — Talia is amazing!

World Gym beats LA Fitness.
I’m not typically a gym goer but with that being said it left great first impressions:
–clean
–great music; i dont even have to plug in my headphones
–friendly staff
and currently @ 12pm on a saturday its empty. Big ups for that

I have been looking at this gym since it opened as B2B. Unfortunately, I really couldn’t justify the expense as I am a single mom. I tried LA Fitness for about 8 months last year, and then quit because it smelled, equipment was down, classes were PACKED, and there were unaccompanied kids (e.g. under 14, which is against policy) EVERYWHERE! Last fall, after canceling my LA Fitness membership (which actually happened 3 times, and I was billed for 3 months when they lost the paperwork… not to mention I had the plan that you could bring 2 guests, so it wasn’t just $ 29 a month…) and was so ready to join, but I hesitated.
Fast forward to the spring when I started communicating with Filipe… He kept in touch with me through the whole transition to World Gym, and made it super easy to join.
The good:
–CLEANLINESS (this is super important to me…) NO FUNKY GYM odor
–Small classes with instructors who remember you
–No crowds
–No kids running amuck (they have a great kids program from what I understand, so they are well occupied … my «kids» are 21, 19 and 16… So this is not something I will be using)
–Well appointed locker rooms (you don’t need anything but your gym gear and a change of clothes … seriously … they have towels, q-​tips, cotton balls, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, hand soap, lotion, hair dryers… (Not a fan of the shampoo and conditioner so I bring my own… but I don’t have to!)
–Locker room attendant seems to always be cleaning something
–Steam room with Eucalyptus spray and sauna (rules posted must shower before, no clothes (I just take a couple of towels in with me) or shoes… so much nicer than sweaty stinky women sitting around in sweaty stinky work out clothes like the LA Fitness)
–lap pool
–did I say no crowds? e.g. no wait to get on the equipment
–racquetball is included (although I don’t play, I might want to try it since I don’t have to pay more for it)
–friendly/​courteous faces when you come in or leave (I have read reviews that say this is not true, but I have yet to experience anything BUT kindness)
–lots of different equipment (now I am not a super fitness buff… but the equipment is varied and there are Pilates Reformer tables AT NO EXTRA COST!)
–Fruit, water, coffee (supposedly tea, but I have no idea where to get the hot water as the dispenser doesn’t put out hot water when you hit the red button, and the hot pot is full of coffee) in the lounge area of the locker room
–NEVER A PROBLEM WITH PARKING NO MATTER WHEN YOU GO!
–I think there is a car detailer on site so you can get your car in shape while you rock some exercise
–DIVERSE and FRIENDLY crowd… (Previous reviews for B2B implied that the gym was full of one ethnic group and that they were there more to socialize than get fit — this is TOTALLY false from my observations)
–Clean equipment and members have the decency to wipe off equipment when they are finished
–Massage therapy ON SIGHT one hour is $ 65 not too bad price wise!
The not so good:
–Price (BUT it is well worth it in my opinion… I am paying the same as I was at LA Fitness with the teacher/​veteran discount they gave me)
–Where is the hot water for tea? (But hey it’s a gym… maybe I can wet the teabags and lay them on my eyes when I sit in the steam room…)
–The Eucalyptus spray in the steam room always seams to be empty when I use the steam room…
–No longer is there a membership level that includes a massage each month
All in all, at this point in time, I am very happy with my membership, and highly recommend this gym to anyone who is tired of the LA Fitness/​24 Hour Fitness rat race.
Try it out for a 3 day pass and see what you are missing… I believe you get what you pay for. Although the price is higher than most gyms, in my opinion, the good outweighs the not so good!

This review is based on the 3 day trial membership. This is the former b2be gym and the change of name happened in January of 2015.
Pros:
–pool
–crazy nice men’s locker rooms
–steam room has some eucalyptus scent added in
–complimentary fruit and toiletries in the men’s locker room
–equipment is in a fairly good condition
–open area with tractor tires and Crossfit type equipment
–fitness classes
–seems not as hot 24 Hour by Costco
–sexy female eye candy
Cons:
–A bit on the pricey side, especially when compared to 24 Hour
–Not as great hours as 24 Hour
–I would enhance the free weight area with more squat racks, a decline bench and higher pound dumbbells
Overall, it is a nice place to consider if you live nearby and are looking for a gym to call your own.
