Rented a property they controlled for a year. No issues. Gave 30 notice after a year. Condo was cleaned professionally and verified by E Sanchez. Day I turned in the keys — no deposit check. I had to wait a week and then the check was short $ 90 from what was owed. Mr Sanchez will not return calls or acknowledge the shortage. No way to run a business! I am following through with BBB on this one. I work too hard for my money. Property was well taken care of.
