Step One:

First we use a simple non-​toxic, eco-​friendly cleaning solution to agitate the dirt that’s ingrained into the floor (that’s why mopping never removes it, allowing it to build up over time).

Step Two:

We then use our patented floor tool that applies heated water at just the right pre-​selected cleaning pressure in the Containing Dome — pre-​selected at a level that precludes any damage. At the same time the water is being applied, it’s also vacuum-​extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface almost completely dry.

Meet the Business Owner

Richard C.

Business Owner

Richard grew up in Groveland Massachusetts a little town about 30 miles north of Boston. In 1997 Richard joined the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Life Support Systems quality assurance representative. After being honorably discharged in December 2000 he moved to his wife’s home town in Central NY and went to work for a local Refrigeration company as the company’s Safety Officer. While working full time he went back to school full time and received his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management. During this time he become the company’s Director of Human Resource/​Safety traveling throughout the Northeast, not only working in the construction industry but conducting Mock OSHA inspections at job-​sites as well as recruiting for a fast growing company for the next 11 years.

Seeing the potential for Tile and Grout Restoration with patented technology and the amazing results it provides, Richard formed Clark’s Hard Surface Restorations, Inc.
