Tried this place for the first time. I like it! Upon entering, I immediately noticed the warm vibe in the small bar/dining room. A friendly bartender said to grab a seat anywhere so we opted for outside since there’s only so many days left this season to enjoy the outdoors. The outside«courtyard» area is nice, but it somewhat felt like sitting in a parking lot. It’s paved, with a fence facing the lot. Not bad, but not much ambience compared to indoors, I wish we ate inside… Friendly waitress and a cool menu with some interesting options. Not a very big menu, but not boring either. The prices were notably very fair. I opted for a tuscan chicken sandwich– it was pretty good, and a fair portion. It wasn’t the flavors I’m used to, and frankly I was a little jealous of my sons huge juicy burger, but I’m trying to eat healthier. He got full quick and I polished off what was left of his burger, and it was good. Did I mention HUGE, and clearly handcrafted with love. Anyway, my wife got a wrap of some sort with shrimp in it. Not sure what it’s called but she said it was okay, nothing to write home about. We’ll definitely try this place again though, as the prices were good, the indoor atmosphere awesome(as we left an acoustic guitarist/singer was just getting ready to play), and it’s close to home. I’d recommend checking out Eskapes!
