I want to give credit to technician Mike who came out to our home twice and fixed both broken appliances. The best experience is when our washer broke and displayed 2 error codes. The washer has been broken for nearly 1 year before we called A1 Appliance Service company. Mike was able to find a plastic toy stuck in the drain hose. Now the washer is fixed and for 14 straight days we are able to wash 28 loads of laundry with no error codes. The washer is nearly 8 years old and runs just like it was purchased yesterday thanks to Mike at A1 Appliance Service company.

A-​1 Appliance has excellent service. Ask for Steve. He is the best service technician I have ever used. His diagnostic skills are excellent.

Had a small gas leak for my Frigidaire stove, and found that A1 was a factory certified service company.
The staff was very polite and the repair man was very professional; he showed up on Friday morning when he said he would and fixed the leak.
However, when fixing the gas leak he turned off the gas supply into the house which caused the pilot on the hot water heater to not go back on when the gas was turned on.
I realized I had no hot water on Saturday and was unable to relight the pilot in the hot water heater (Turned out there was air in the pipe). A-​1 was closed on the weekends so I had no hot water the entire weekend until Monday when they came and took the air our of the pipe.
For the amount they charged they should have checked the hot water heater before they left; or at least had a phone number I could have called during the weekend that they answered.
Not sure if I would use them again.
