It doesn’t matter if you think you can’t paint, Cheers to Art will change everything! I love how the instructor walks you through every step of the painting. It’s very easy to follow along and you feel so proud when you see your finished painting! This is definitely something I’d like to try again!

Went for my bachelorette party and also for guys night (bogo when you bring your guy). This place is a lot of fun. The ladies who lead the paintings are all so energetic and friendly. They tell you exactly what colors to use, what to mix, what brush size to use, and demonstrate the painting up front, so you can’t really mess it up! They sell beer, wine, drinks, and have pretzels to snack on. They are also awesome about making sure that people who are there to celebrate something get recognized. It’s a great night out!

Cheers to Art is such a treat for any person of any age! I have gone a few times now & absolutely love it — I wish I could do a new painting everyday! The instructors are SO outgoing & walk you through every single step. They simplify everything so literally anyone can do it. Highly recommend the girls nights, but also a fun date with a significant other or friend! You’ll have a blast!

It’s such a fun place. You can grab a drink, and paint the night (or day) away.
The owners are absolutely wonderful people.

My first time at this location of Cheers to Art. The ladies who ran the evening did not disappoint. They all seem to recognize that those of us with limited art experience have some anxiety with the experience. Offering alcohol was their first good deed. Giving step by step details and keeping the projects simple keeps me coming back (several experiences at the Madeira location).
Really enjoyed the night and will be returning for sure!

I have been to Cheers to Art in OTR twice now and it is really fun! You don’t have to feel pressure to be a good painter, its a really casual environment. There is a painting instructor up front showing everyone the steps on how to paint the picture, but you can vary from that if you want. The instructors will come help you fix your painting up if you really mess it up if you want them to-​just like my art teachers did in high school.
The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the drink selection. They have your standard beers (bud, miller, etc.) and 10ish wines to choose from, one of each type, none that I have been thrilled by, they’re just your standard cheap grocery store wines. But that is ok, because I had some delicious margs at Bakersfield before hand =).
One more thing I would like to add-​both time I have been we brought at least 1 boy and they had a blast! Not kidding, boys, you will enjoy this activity too!

I’ve been dying to do one of these classes, and Cheers to Art did not disappoint! I’ve driven past their OTR location dozens of times, and was beyond thrilled that my manager picked it for our department Christmas party. The staff was super friendly and encouraging. Brittany was our instructor, and made it a fun, non-​intimidating experience. The beer/​wine bar was a big hit amongst my coworkers, and they allowed us to bring in our own food (although, I’m not sure if that was due to the fact it was a private party). It would be a perfect girls’ night out destination — especially being in heart of OTR.

I went here with my husband for a date night. I had been to the Madeira location but he had never done it. We picked a night when they offered a cool painting that I knew he would also like (skyline of Cincinnati). This is such a fantastic idea for a date night! It seems like it’s mostly women at these things but there were a few men and my husband didn’t care either way.
We had wine, snacks, laughed, took pictures, painted and really enjoyed ourselves. Both times I’ve been to Cheers to Art, Christine was the instructor and she was great. I never thought I could actually paint anything that I would want to hang but both of my paintings are proudly on display!

I have to say… I was terrified stepping into this place. Excited, but terrified. Looking at art is one thing; making art gives me the heebie-​jeebies like no tomorrow.
After putting on our smocks, my two girl friends and I made a beeline for the bar. I thought our Living Social deal covered drinks, but nope. Still, we got a good deal by splitting a full bottle ($ 16) instead of each ordering a $ 5 glass. I won’t pretend I wasn’t happily buzzed at one point, but I can swear that even if I WASN’T, I could’ve still walked out with a proud smile and a beautiful work of art under my arms. That’s just how good our instructor was. She took us step-​by-​step through the entire process of painting Washington Park at sunset and was crystal clear at explaining some basic techniques. If you’re like me and get nervous jitters staring at a blank canvas, this is one heck of an empowering art experience.
Also, our instructor was HILARIOUS. Painting + wine + entertainment? I’m already scanning their calendar to book another art outing.
