This was the worst customer experience of recent memory! I called at 6:35 to get let into my apartment, and they said someone would come in 20 to 25 minutes. 10 minutes later dispatch called to confirm, and quote me at 54 dollars (25 for the visit and 29 for the labor).
Long story short, after multiple call backs, someone finally showed up at 9, and told me that because of my lock, it was going to take them 3 hours to drill the lock (meaning I would have to replace the lock) and cost a total of 150 dollars. Fortunately, at that point I got a call from my super, and was able to tell them to leave and never come back!
