Erynn was very unprofessional and I would not recommend going back. I wanted Senegalese twists but she had me down for box braids (I never said I wanted them,) and had me buy the wrong hair. When I arrived at her home it was filthy and it took her about 5 minutes to answer her door. She started to do my Senegalese twists but within about an hour or so she left me to drop off her friend somewhere and I was at her house for 20 – 30 minutes. Once she came back she started to do my hair again and everything was fine other than the fact that there was a one year old running around in only in a diaper (which was full.) The mother completely ignored her one year old until his diaper broke and then she had to clean him. Within a week my Senegalese twists were unravelling and they were frizzy and frayed. I messaged Erynn about this and I never got a response. Don’t come here if you want someone who is professional because you won’t get it.

I had a very bad experience with Erynn and will make sure my friends, co-​workers and the ladies in the women’s groups I’m a part of know how this woman works. I paid her a total of $ 194 to take out my old twists and put in a new style that I provided her a picture of. My style came out awful, I told her before she left it looked nothing like what I requested and all she said was «Oh» it wasn’t even the same length, it was a cute bob twist look I wanted and I got shoulder length kinky twists. In less than five days they were unraveling and fraying and looked awful. When I contacted Erynn about the issue with my hair she said she would fix it for $ 75, this is five days after I paid her a total of $ 194. When I complained about having to pay to fix the quality of her braids and shoddy work she stopped responding to my texts.
