You get what you pay for. I purchased a 60 min massage through Living Social.
After calling several times and leaving at least one message that was never returned I finally got through to someone to schedule an appointment. This individual was rude and abrasive, and made it seem as if I was inconveniencing her by trying to schedule a session. Her booking software was not functioning properly at the time of my call, so she took down my information and promised to send an email when it was back up and running. I did receive the email but she absolutely butchered my name even though I spelled it phonetically at least 3 times.
We had agreed upon a 6:30 appt time and silly me, I didn’t bother to check that the time was correct in the email she sent. Needless to say I missed my appt and when I called to see if I could reschedule I was told that I would be unable to do so because what I had done constituted a no call no show.
Do yourself a favor if your looking for a nice relaxing massage, find a more reputable establishment. This experience left me more stressed and aggravated than I was before I scheduled a massage, I’ll be finding another masseuse to work out the kinks that this business has caused me.

What an awful experience. Drove over half an hour to get there, having to fit it into my busy work schedule and was asked to reschedule because of another client who must be of more importance? Ridiculous.

I have been to several of the non chain massage therapists in the area in a search for someone I actually want to return to. I want a relationship with a therapist like I have with my doctor and my barber. After several miserable experiences, I have finally found that person. Not only did she give me exactly what I asked for, she was upbeat and friendly. I could not have asked for better.

Unprofessional rude behavior… ended up leaving without massage & pretty stressed. Maybe she had a bad day but that should never become a client’s problem. On my way to my car, noticed «elements massage». & got my healing there.
