The owner operator of this business Joe Coates is dishonest and will not hesitate to lie and cheat a client. We used his sevices for some home remodleing and signed a contract and he did about half the work per contract and tried to cover it up by substituting work of a far lesser value without discussing it with us. He then demanded full payment before the work was completed per contact. We had to fire him. He became abusive and sent us childish vulgar emails with name calling. He then waited until 2 months past the legal date to file a lien and then back dated it to make it appear legal. He cannot be trusted with money. He is a menace to the contractor profession.
