JBM Elite Personal Training

JBM was my home away from home for three years while living in Cincinnati. Matt took me from overweight, out of shape, and unsure of my abilities, to the best shape of my life and knowing I could achieve anything I put my mind to. I’ve trained with all of the JBM partners through summer boot camps, and can attest to their fitness knowledge & ability to get more out of you than you ever thought possible. The hardest part about leaving Cincinnati was moving away from my strong, inspirational fitness «family» at JBM, but I do continue to train with them whenever I’m back in the area!

I start with them 05/​15/​2015.
I met Matt and he was clear with me about the workout and ask me about my goals and my information about the body building.
We start the workout and he was great and push me up to do the workout in good performance.
And now after 3 months i decrease the fat from 20% to 17%. And almost reaching part of my goals.

The changes that I’ve seen in my physique since I’ve been a member of JBM have been remarkable. My situation was actually the opposite of the «typical» fitness journey. I was skinny. Not underweight but pretty petite. After weight training with JBM with efforts to become an NPC bikini competitor, I now have muscle, curves, and I’ve competed in several NPC competitions. I am a nationally qualified bikini competitor now! All clients at JBM see results. And no matter your current physique, the trainers have knowledge to get you where you want to be.
