We had a family member pass away in Ohio and wanted to get the family food while they were dealing with the initial shock and planning the funeral. We were not able to come to Ohio immediately. We contacted this store closest to the family and inquired about the deli trays available online. The online process usually takes 3 – 4 days for orders to be processed. We spoke with the store manager and WOW did they ever step up. Any red tape was cut and we ordered the at 6pm, the trays were ready for pickup at 8 am the next morning. Thank you everyone in the store and deli for understanding the circumstances and really doing a great service for one of your neighbors.

I stopped shopping at kroger about 2 years ago… I find meijer’s perks program and aisle spacing to be better. But, with online shopping being introduced at this kroger location, it brought me back to give it a whirl! I placed my order, picked a pick up time — super easy! ALL items were available to order. From the time I pulled into the spot, til they got my order to the car, paid and loaded… it took maybe 10 – 15 minutes. The kroger employee was so sweet, funny and helpful. Very enjoyable experience! This is a fabulous time saver — especially since I do a lot of shopping for work.

This is one of the better Kroger locations in Dent off Harrison. I’ve been here dozens of times cause they have a liquor store inside but I just found out today they have pick your own 6pk of craft beer for $ 9.99. Beyond unbelievable. Some great selections and some expensive beers for a cheap price. 3 of the beers we chose would have been that price by themselves. I felt like it was a steal and it won’t last long so if you read this… take advantage because it’s a great deal for the indecisive and for those who don’t want to commit to a 6pk they might not like it’s a great little sampler to help you find what you like.

Debbie King is the best employee! So friendly & always hardworking. My son & I love your bakery, she says she’s only part time; however, she is always there when we are shopping. This hard worker, is a great asset to your company & deserves a big raise!

Best Kroger on the west side. We go either here or Meijer for groceries rather than wander into the ghetto for supplies.

My favorite grocery. Variety is good and fresh produce, meat, and bakery. Has a Starbucks. Great deal for fuel points especially when buying gift cards.

It’s nice to see the changes and improvements that many of the area Krogers began a year or so ago. What I like about this particular Kroger is the ample parking, doors on both sides of parking lot, the RedBox located on the outside(not the best in colder months), and the sushi/soup/Asian food island located near the deli. The aisles are wide enough for you to move by that person contemplating the dozen plus BBQ sauces or laundry detergent. The place is clean although the bathroom, located in the front of the store(yeah!) can occasionally smell a bit. The magazine and book area stocks the usual suspects and is organized, unlike some grocery stores. The workers, at least at the front desk, have been pleasant and helpful. The checkout staff can be a little casual and lax in proper language, but they’re mostly in high school or college. There are a few baggers that can be slow, so keep an eye out if you are in a hurry, otherwise, relax and chat it up with them. The 5⁄3 bank and ATM is located to the left side and the left of the pharmacy. I have used the Coinstar machine and that is to the right of the front desk area. Getting rid of a few years of coins and converting it to an Amazon GC w/out rolling AND losing any of the amount in the conversion was a great feeling. In closing, I sometimes go to places like this and Sam’s and it really hits me how blessed and ridiculous our petty problems are in comparison to the poverty and hunger prevalent throughout most of the world. We have aisles and aisles of food and drink… Sorry to end on a downer… :) There, see now I ended with a happy face. All better.

This Kroger has never let me down. When I can’t find something at my normal Glenway Kroger, I can always find it here. It is usually less crowded than Glenway as well. On the weekends, watch out for those crazy teens buying candy and pop to take to the movie theater next door ;-)
