Kuhl’s Hot Sportspot

These people are so incredibly rude! I was Christmas shopping, asked a question, they were so rude and unfriendly. I called them to tell them how I felt, the same lady who was rude answered the phone and could honestly care less. I will definitely let people know! It’s worth a drive to Dick ’ s in Eastgate, better prices, and better customer service! I gave one Star because zero was not an option!

Whoever answers the phones for Kuhl’s needs to be replaced ASAP. I called a bit ago with some questions regarding prices and the lady I spoke with could not have been any more rude or condescending. I had some simple questions because I work for a company that was interested in getting some t-​shirts and hats made and this lady was rude from the very beginning. I ended up hanging up on her because I was so turned off from the tone in her voice, that I quickly became uninterested in the company as a whole. Not only will I not recommend this company to anyone in the future, but I will definitely spread the word to any friends, family, or co-​workers looking for this kind of service in the future. I would give no stars if it were an option– TERRIBLE first impression. I honestly feel insulted after talking to that lady on the phone.

Another cool store that I found in Anderson – well maybe it’s hot – is Kuhl’s Hot Sportspot. Kuhl’s specializes in screen-​printing and embroidery for all kinds of apparel such hats, jerseys, jackets, sweatpants, and t-​shirts. While much of their business relates to sports teams, they can also outfit your company with embroidered shirts, for example. Two of their well known clients, by the way, include the Anthony Munoz Foundation and the Marvin Lewis Community Fund.
The screen-​printing and embroidery (and all of the possibilities/​options) they offer is great, but they also have sporting goods and clothing items. They have baseball caps for all Major League Baseball teams, a ton of Reds and Bengals jerseys and t-​shirts, lots of college apparel (including both local favorites and others like Indiana, West Virginia, and Kansas State), and some clothing for area high schools like Anderson and McNicholas. You can order much of that online, while they also have some posters and sports equipment such as youth practice football gear in the store. I also noticed some cool framed photos and posters on the wall, although I’m not sure that those are for sale.
Overall, Kuhl’s is a really neat store if you are looking for screen-​printing/​embroidery, fan gear, sports equipment, and even trophies (their website is real good too and you can shop online, always a plus these days). They really offer a lot for the sports fan and player, but unfortunately they weren’t all that friendly or helpful. I guess if I was bringing in an order for team jerseys, for example, it may have been a different story.
