Established in 1927.

The 1st Karl came to Cincinnati from Germany in 1926 and right away started Chimney Sweeping. He brought his Son into the business and expanded into Chimneys, Roofing, and Gutters. As the years passed the 1st Karl retired and the 3rd Karl started up. We are a small company with employees versus subcontractors and our business is mostly repeat and referrals.

Seems like Andrew L has absolutely nothing good too say about ANY business. Andrew L needs to grow a pair and be happy. He is such a miserable little man.

WARNING — Cleaning price is Per Flue — even though chimney may have multiple flues and they quote you a price without mentioning it the price is per flue.
Nancy quoted me a price to clean my chimney. We discussed both flues and not once did she clairfy that the price was per flue. I called her because the other flue was not cleaned and she was totally unwilling to settle on a price that reflected the misunderstanding.
I like to support local businesses. However, when there is a misunderstanding, especially since I am not a chimney expert and asked all the possible questions I could think of, it is 100% dishonest and disingenuous to overcharge customers in this way.
I will not recommend this contractor to anyone.
