Dr. Dock initially received his degree in pharmacy from Butler University College of Pharmacy and subsequently earned his DDS and MSD degrees from Indiana University School of Dentistry. He completed his residency in pediatric dentistry and fellowship in cleft palate at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD Board Certified) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry He has served as an examiner for the ABPD, is a dental consultant for the United States Air Force, and serves on various committees for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
