The owner has 20 years experience in tattooing and has specialized in Permanent Makeup for ten years. He also trains and certifies technicians to do eyeliner, eyebrow, lips & lipliner. His advanced skills offer Scar Camouflage, Skin Color Repair and Tattoo Removal.

History

Established in 1994.

Dozer owned and/​or operated several shops throughout his career before relocating to Cincinnati in 2011. He started to immediately search for a partner to build a shop here. Mystic Revolutions was launched on Halloween 2013.

Business Owner

Dozer has been a permanent makeup specialist for over ten years. He acquired his certification in 2003 from the Face Up Aesthetics Institute in Canton Ohio. He has done hundreds of permanent makeup applications from cosmetics to scar camouflage and skin color corrections.

He has been a tattoo artist for over twenty years and brings the highest degree of training and professionalism to each and every procedure. He has owned and operated multiple permanent cosmetics/​tattoo salons over his career, in Lexington KY.
