History

Established in 2012.

OnSight Construction started as a small, one-​man handyman business called The House Healer. As resources, skills, and staff increased the scope broadened. In I decided it was time for a name change to better reflect the range of the company’s services and OnSight Construction was born. The spelling of OnSight is not just a clever marketing gimmick. The word «onsight» is a term from the sport of rock climbing which basically means that you climb a particular section of rock perfectly the first time with no practicing or do-​overs. And this is what we strive for with every project, to do it right the first time with no do-​overs.

In the sport of rock climbing «OnSight» is a term used to describe climbing a chosen section of cliff (called a «route») perfectly on the first try. No falling, no using the rope to help you up, and no one coaching you on how to climb it.

While no one is perfect all the time, owner Matt Martini strives to OnSight each and every project that he takes on. From routine home maintenance to a complete custom kitchen, it is imperative that you are completely satisfied with the finished product, no punch list necessary. Matt won’t do anything to your home that he wouldn’t do to his own. He believes that Success, not the devil, is in the Details. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
