Our continued goal from the beginning is to genuinely help folks first get over their fear with computers by resolving their computer issues and showing them how to fix it if it occurs again. As such, our certified technicians first started training companies and residences with different software and technologies. We then focused our skill sets more on computer repairs and support as new Windows and Mac operating systems were upgraded.

The two qualities of focusing on people first with training and guidance as well as expert computer repairs have continued to allow our technicians provide the qualified support that thousands of New Cincinnatins love and look forward to.

Over the years, we have gained industry expertise in data recovery, laptop and desktop hardware repairs (i.e. motherboard /​LCD screen /​jack replacements), server/​network support and have been fortunate enough to attain our customers mostly from the best testament of all: word of Mouth

ProTechs provided me with excellent service and great advice, even on items I didn’t bring to the store. Cleoner is very knowledgeable and was very helpful. I had problems with my PC at home, my laptop at the office and my personal tablet, and he helped me get back online with all of them for a very affordable rate.

The team is very customer focused and provide a lot of good free advice in addition to servicing your equipment. We have used ProTechs multiple times for malware removal, data recovery, and even mobile phone repairs. With all of our visits, we have had a great experience.

I brought my Dell laptop in for suspected viruses. They were able to fix it within 24 hrs. They were also able to order me a new battery. Total charge was $ 125.

I had two laptop computers, both a mess with viruses and malware issues. I asked a friend at church and he said his wife (who works in the corporate computer industry) recommends these guys.
WARNING! Do not let the looks of the place scare you away. They are in a warehouse that is undergoing major renovations. You may hear hammering or power tools, and see a building under construction. This is not a Corporate environment where a lot of money is spent making the front office look impressive! So, don’t go in with that expectation. But, there is a vibe on Central Parkway that new start-​ups are opening for business, and Pro Techs is right in the thick of it. Their location is centrally located and easy to find (it is 9 minutes from my Northern KY home).
Cleo and his staff are knowledgeable, as they all bring years of experience, not only servicing computers, but working in the changing PC industry throughout the region. Ask them about their background, as they have been doing this awhile. They will get your PC fixed quickly, and are available to answer your questions repeatedly to get you up and running.
There are not a bunch of layers of people to speak to, so that your computer gets lost for a week or more. They beat the big box store tech departments because they work at solving your specific problem. They are not into offering the special of the month whether it applies to your PC or not. If you want your PC or Mac, or dropped Iphone repaired, this is the place to get it done!
