History

Established in 2009.

Rebecca Geiger started selling homes for homebuilders in the late 1990’s.

She worked for local and national homebuilders for over 12 years. In 2009, she decided to become a Realtor. She went to work for Re/​Max Unlimited who quickly became Comey & Shepherd Realtors.

She jump started her career with a catchy website «This​GirlSell​sHomes​.com».

After 3 very successful years listing and selling residential real estate in Ohio. She decided to get her Kentucky real estate license in 2013 to broaden her territory. She found early on, that knowing the specific location in detail doesn’t sell houses, knowing how to market the property does.

She also decided to make a move to an International Real Estate Company, Coldwell Banker West Shell. She wanted to offer better exposure to her listings.

To insure great customer service to her clients she has added a Client Services Manager, Ashley and even recruited her own husband Al, to work side by side with her as a licensed Realtor.

As the President of The Geiger Team, Rebecca Geiger believes residential real estate is a very personal business.

Rebecca learned this at a very young age having been the youngest of 8 children. She was taught by her parents that your home is your castle and everything begins in these 4 walls: God, education, manners and work ethic.

With every purchase or listing, she understands and feels herself, this passion and emotion that each homeowner has.

Although she is very jovial with clients, she takes her job very seriously.

Having worked with Builders for such a long time, she knows construction and helps guide clients into a well-​built home.

She believes in living life to the fullest. Whether she’s taking a spin on her Harley, traveling, working on their «fixer upper» home, or enabling others to find their own dream home, Rebecca truly believes in making the most of each day.
