I needed a new water heater. Reupert came out and took care of it right away. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and did everything as promised.

If I could give Reupert Heating and Air Conditioning zero stars, I would. I called them recently when my A/C went out. I called at 8:30 am and explained to the person answering the phone what the problem was, what specifically needed to be done(including the part number that needed to be replaced). She told me that they did have a tech who could come out and fix my problem the following day. I specifically asked her if she could guarantee that and she said yes. This was extremely important because we were having very warm weather(upper 80s) early in the Spring and our bedroom is on the top floor(warmest) of our townhouse. Based on her assurances I waited for the tech to call me back, which he did at 11:30 am. He explained that he needed the model # and serial # from the coil, so I drove home at lunch and called it in to them at 12:30 pm. I waited patiently for a return call but started to get nervous around 3:00 pm, so I called them again. I left a message and about 15 minutes later got a call back from the tech who provided me a quote over the phone but told me that the earliest that he could come out was«the middle of next week». I told him that I had already been assured that they’d have a tech out to my place tomorrow but that didn’t seem to matter to him. Based on my experience, this is not a professionally run business and they did not keep their word(to me). I wasted a TON of time both doing the ground work for them as well as waiting on them to call me back, only to be disappointed by their poor follow up, poor communication and long lead time to solve my problem. Maybe the person answering the phones was new, or I caught them on a bad day. I don’t know. But given my experience with them, I cannot recommend that anyone use their services.
