A College Hill business since 1936, this family run jewlery store has been passed down from generation to generation. Currently on it’s 4th generation, Marty Schwartz strives to preserve the «at home-​like feel» to the store. Wonderful family owned business with a great atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. I have had nothing but great experiences here. This is where my fiancé got my engagement ring and where we returned to get our wedding bands as well. We shopped around before returning to Schwartz but ultimately chose here for our rings again because their prices and quality can’t be beat. The staff is always willing to help, never pushy, and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend Schwartz for any jewelry needs!

Best jewelry experience I’ve ever had, and if you’re getting engaged, I can’t imagine doing better elsewhere. Helpful, sincere staff that does not ‘push’ you. Warm, cordial environment. Do yourself a favor and go to Schwartz. Popped the question last night, and she was stunned.

My fiancé and I had a fantastic experience from Schwartz Jewelers. We live in Chicago, and were in town visiting his family when we decided to check out some local jewelers. When we initially started visiting local jewelers in downtown chicago, we felt pretty intimidated by the staff. But with Schwartz, we were incredibly impressed with how warm and friendly each person we interacted with was. During our first meeting, we met the saleswoman, gem specialist, and owner of the store! All of them were fantastic to work with. They all went above and beyond for this process to be as smooth as possible for us. In addition, not only is the quality of the staff phenomenal, the quality of the final product was even better. We think we got the best deal possible for an absolutely beautiful ring. The fact that they are a small business and no overhead fees makes them able to offer us prices and services that most large companies couldn’t possibly submit to. We will definitely be coming back for all our wedding-​related jewelry needs!

I’ve always had a good experience with Schwartz! It’s where my fiancé (now husband) got my engagement ring and where we bought my wedding ring. Both are beautiful.
I get it cleaned there for free which is great! Also before my wedding they did an extra special cleaning & my ring was glowing. It’s local and nice and my go to place!

My fiancé and I were in town this weekend from Chicago visiting family, and we mapped out a few area jewelers to stop into and peruse wedding bands. Schwarz Jewelers was our first stop of three, and we could not have been more pleased. Before our visit to the store, I’d emailed back and forth with Tamora and she was very helpful and accommodating. When we visited the store, Tamora was not in, but Mollie helped us — she was fabulous!
The ring selection was great at Schwarz (they even had Rose Gold options). Mollie was extremely informative, friendly, non-​pushy, and she ultimately helped us decide that we wanted to go with a Tungsten ring after hearing many mixed reviews. After visiting some very stuffy jewelers in Chicago and one in Cincinnati, we were very unsure going to another jewelry store. I don’t think going to a jeweler to buy something as important as a wedding ring should be a scary or daunting task, it should be fun! Schwarz Jewelers helped us so much, and we will definitely be back. We can’t wait until the rings we ordered to try come in in May!

My husband and I were shopping for a new ring for me and we decided to try Schwartz. I think I tried on over 30 different rings and loved the selection that they had. I was able to get a bigger diamond then I had thought possible! I absolutely love my new ring and started receiving compliments on it the first day that I wore it! I am hoping to come back around Christmas for some diamond studs!

Originally we shopped and my fiancé purchased my engagement band at a mall jeweler. When it came time to pick out my wedding band I was finding it difficult to find a band. We stopped in to Schwartz on a whim after googling some jewelery places. Man was I surprised! So glad we did.
They made sure as soon as we walked in we were greeted and directed to the area which we were interested. Immediately Sandy helped up and took all of our needs into consideration. Our budget was very important to use so she kept that in mind when showing us options. I so appreciate this because any mall jeweler would be pushing a highly expensive item and financing. Sandy was so respectful and helpful.
I found a new bridal set (engagement and wedding band) and my fiancé found his wedding band as well. The prices were incredible! The quality of my ring was much higher than the mall and the price was much lower! My fiancé really likes his ring (as well as the lifetime warranty)!
I found my jewelery store for life! So excited to pick up my rings today!

This is where you want to go. The staff is extremely helpful. There is no chance you leave there with something that she wouldn’t want. I bought the engagement ring and wedding bands there and couldn’t have been more happy with the experience. They have tons of old estate jewelry as well as newer watches and clocks and much more. We even set our wedding registry up through them.

My fiancé and I picked out my engagement ring together here. Schwartz had a great selection! The owner is a great guy who really makes an effort to get to know his customers and works hard to make sure the purchase stays within their budget. Later that evening we ran into him at the bar next door and he even bought us a round of drinks. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable experience at such an important time in our lives. We will definitely be making return visits for our wedding bands and any future jewelry purchases!
