Skeffington’s Formalwear

I admit, I did not make an appointment but that still shouldn’t be the reason for being shunned at this public emporium. My fiancé and I went to Skeffington’s to check out what they had in the way of tuxes and to get a pricelist. There were three attendants with one helping a party, so two were available. We stood there looking at their mannequins for 10 minutes with no one asking if we needed help. The last straw was when a man walked in and was immediately asked if he needed help. I took a couple of brochures to indicate that I was in need of some assistance, but nothing. It’s not like we were at Best Buy or Target and I can walk in and find my purchase and leave, we were looking at tuxes, there wasn’t a thing in the store that you could purchase without some sort of assistance. Needless to say, we left the store in mind that we would not patrionize any location regardless of the talent they other locations may have. We went to Men’s Wearhouse and were greeted immediately upon entering the door and were directed to the right section. We were met by a young lady who was most helpful, more helpful than I dare say, Skeffington’s.
