This is by far the worst Starbucks in the area. Cheyanne and Brea are rude every time I come to this location. They tried to say they didn’t have a recipe card for a drink I bought the previous day. I told them where the girl from the previous shift had retrieved the card. I feel as though every time I go there I am nothing but an inconvenience to them. They never say thank you, they never smile and they are rude to every customer I have ever witnessed. If you aren’t happy at your job then leave.

I been to a lot of Starbucks around the area and this by far is the worst in customer service! I went to try and get a cup of ice. I wanted a big size and was willing to pay for it. The lady with glasses gave me a grande cup. To me it wasn’t all that big and I told her I wanted a bigger one. I couldn’t get her name because her long hair was covering the badge. She rudely said that I asked for grande and that’s what I got showed me the tall cup. I told her there was no need for her rudeness!!! I continue to go to this Starbucks because it’s closer to my job! Now everytime I go and this lady is here she turns around and whispers about me to her co-workers! I went today and to no surprise she wasn’t wearing a name tag. I can’t even call to speak to a manager because this lady 1. Doesn’t wear a name tag 2. When she does she covers her name. Bleh

This is a Starbucks inside a Kroger. They have all of the standard Starbucks fare. The employees are generally very friendly and competent but are not super speedy. If you’re not in a hurry this is a great stop but if you are in a hurry you may want to stop elsewhere.

Nothing stood out at this Starbucks. Staff lacks general people skills. It’s in a Krogers, so I don’t expect the service you get at the actual starbucks locations. I’m not a coffee fan, but I get the Green Tea on a regular basis. There is a few tables if you want to sit in a grocery store and sip your favorite beverage. I wish they would get the scanner for when you pay with the APP. I’m not a big fan of reading out the numbers so the barista can input the numbers in the key pad.

This Starbucks is located on Montgomery Road(Norwood) in Krogers next to the deli. I really don’t mind this Starbucks. It’s convenient because I frequently go to Krogers. Their menu selection is not huge including the pastries/sandwiches but it has the specialty drinks I like. I always get the Caffe Latte and recently fell in love with the Caramel Flan Latte. They always make them how I like it. There is never a line to wait, great customer service and clean. There is a section for you to also sit and relax. I am not sure if there is wifi. Just like all starbucks, there are coffee, keurig cups, and mugs to purchase. My only con is that I always use my phone(iphone passport) to pay, they don’t acccept or have a machine to scan. So I have to give them my Starbucks card to swipe. I am glad that they have a Starbucks at this location. Saves time driving to the Rookwood Commons Pavilion or the one in Oakley on Paxton.
