Superior Pole Buildings and Home Improvements

I purchased a Groupon for chimney cleaning from Superior and have scheduled three appointments with them that have all been missed. The first appointment the tech didn’t show. I called the office and they had the techs call me. They said they had been in a car accident and were behind schedule. I had taken off work and they said they would call me back when they were closer. They never showed up.
I called the office and spoke with the owner Bill who gave me to Jamie. Jamie said he needed to look at the schedule and would call me back. Jamie never called back. I waited two days and called BIll who apologized and gave me to Jamie to reschedule the appointment. They missed the second appointment. Nobody called or showed.
I called them the next day and was told there was a computer error and that is the reason the appointment was missed. I spoke to BIll who said they were very busy and that he didn’t know why I still wanted to do business with them, It’s because I have a Groupon which is non-​refundable. He had Jamie schedule me for another appointment on November 16^th. They did not show for this appointment.

If there were a way to rate them as a –5 I would. After 28 days of voicemails, phone calls and promises. No one has ever called back or shown up. I left multiple messages for a gas fireplace cleaning appointment that I wanted to make. Once, I was able to get someone to answer the phone, they said that Steven would call me back on Monday. Of course, no phone call. Back into the multiple message hell I went. I finally called back last week again, and by luck, someone answered. I spoke to Steven who said «they’ve just been busy for the last 20 days» but he would come by on Monday at 9am. I took off work and here I sit, at 1:35 pm. No one has shown up, no phone call, no return phone call, no one answering the company line… again. Such a terrible experience and zero customer service. I like using one company for everything and thought I’d give these guys a try on the fireplace first. Big fat zero company with no regard for what a customer is
