I am a sushi lover and was very sad when dancing wasabi was closed down but once I found this place I never looked back! For the price, the quality of food is excellent, as well as the variety of choices. If you have not gone yet, I recommend getting the Cincinnati Roll as that is one of my favorites from here.

tired, mid 80s décor with mid-80s «soft rock» playing during dinner. My experience was slow service and very average tasting sushi and rolls.(no artistic or crunchy toppings nor professionally sauced chef specials here)

The All You Can Eat sushi deal is a great! Everything is prepared fresh to order based on what specific rolls, appetizers, etc you want. You can reorder as much as you want. Their only request is that you not waste the food(reasonably so). There is also a bar at the front where you can get your own soup. They have great special rolls. Our favorite was the Cincinnati roll — yum! Definitely a new favorite.

Eh. If you like to gorge yourself on sushi, this is the place to go– it is certainly cheap for the amount of made-to-order sushi you can order(all you can eat). There is nothing outstanding about the sushi itself though, and the other food is not terribly tasty and I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. The gyoza and shumai are both deep fried(why???). The miso is salty. I don’t think I’d go out of my way to come back, but if you are looking to stuff yourself full of decent sushi, plus have a little salad or something, this is probably worth it.

One of shady all you can eat sushi places. Floor is sticky but I saw employees cleaning tables and chairs so more likely something to do with floor materials.(Bath room was relatively clean as well). Quality of food is not bad for all you can eat but it took forever to get the food after ordering and portions were small.

Absolutely horrendous. Went on a normal night with two adults and two kids. We were seated quickly and the menu looked like they have a good selection. We ordered an order of popcorn chicken and edamame for the kids with our drinks so they could eat quickly. THRITY minutes later we still didn’t have the popcorn chicken or edamame, and the waitress hadn’t even taken the order from my wife and I. ANHOURAND A HALF later and the waitress told us it would still be at least 15 minutes for our sushi to be ready. They hadn’t even started on it yet. Since my two kids and pregnant wife were at their limits at this point we were forced to leave. We spent $ 17 for four drinks(the iced tea my wife wouldn’t even drink because it tasted horrible), a side order of popcorn chicken and edamame. Just miserable.

Won’t be back. Sushi was okay. Ordered from the confusing all you can eat menu. Our sushi took some time and we were told it would as they were very busy even though only half the seats were taken. We thought our salads and appetizers, would be out but then helped ourselves to the salad bar since the woman who took our order from us(hostess maybe? Not the server) mentioned the bar. When the sushi arrived(again by the hostess) she asked if we’d gotten our salads. Apparently we should have gotten them before the sushi. We also realized the apps that come with our AYCE never arrived. She went to check. Lo and behold they had just been prepared from the kitchen. Apparently the kitchen and sushi chefs are separate entities and don’t work together? They were apologetic and offered a discount. Still won’t be back. We’ve had better sushi and service elsewhere.

My sister took me and my boyfriend here and we were hooked! We even went back that same week because we were craving it already! Read some other reviews one of which complained about time: my response is everything is made to order so of course it’s going to take time-this isn’t fast food honey! Some of the best rolls we love are the Cincinnati roll, Wasabi stinger, Mason roll, Saki roll, Green river roll… but really you can’t go wrong here!

This place I will easily call one of the best deals in the city. I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to try it because I kept thinking that it was too good to be true(great price AND great quality). I will a sure you that it is true, you can have both and Sushi Kingdom has proved it. they have a wide selection on their all you can eat menu(which is what I have gotten each time I went). The price is $ 20 per all you can eat dinner. You do have to order off of the all you can eat menu which does not encompass all that they offer but it does give you a wide selection including soup/salad bar, appetizers, sushi, and dessert. The service has always been spectacular, I have vised three times. You are able to see the sushi bar and sit at it if you would like. The atmosphere is similar to other sushi restaurants– it has a nice comfortable feel. Each time I have been there(mix between weekday and weekend evening) it has been fairly busy but not packed and they always seem appropriately staffed. What blew me away and won me over is that they use a great quality loose leaf Genmeicha for their house green tea. I am a tea lover and normally when you go to a restaurant you’re getting a tea bag and on a refill you get more hot water which is a. not good quality and b. a rip off in my opinion. Sushi Kingdom gives you a piping hot fresh delicious cup every time you need a refill. When I am going to eat sushi out this is my absolute go to place.

In town for business and stumbled upon this gem on Unilocal. The food was great! And for $ 13.99 All You Can Eat you’ll choose from appetizers, a soup and salad bar, hibachi, sushi, Ice cream for dessert and more. The server was really nice and helpful with accommodating my shellfish allergy… I didn’t feel like I was missing out on anything. I wish there was a Sushi Kingdom in Michigan! The atmosphere/décor isn’t 5 star, so don’t expect it took look nice. But the food and service makes up for that. All of the pictures I’m sharing came with the $ 13.99AYCE!

I’ve been here twice and I love it. I thought the service was a little«terse» my first time in as we learned to navigate the ordering cards, and water refills were hard to come by on that occasion, but it was much easier going the second time and the food is killer. My favorite item is the warm Cincinnati sushi roll. Yowza! If find the price quite reasonable for the quality of food, particularly considering that it’s made to order. I hope to be a regular for years to come.

Located in Cincinnati OH, there is an All-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, called Sushi Kingdom. You have the option to order from the regular menu or choose to pay for the buffet. As being a sushi lover, all-you-can-eat sushi is my first and only choice. They have a list that have all the items that you can order, from appetizers, entrees, sushi, and desserts. They do have a little appitizers bar that you can get your own miso soup or clear broth. I like that they have little self service selection for miso topping. So basically, there is a bowl of little tofu pieces, seaweed and green onions. You can get the appropriate amount for each ingredients, and pour over with a spoonful of broth. Speaking from a All-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, they did a decent job on food quality. All the food items are made by order, which make the sushi fresh and kitchen entrée hot. I really like their mini bowl of undo, but the broth is a little bit too salty for me. If you are craving for some sushi badly, this will be one way to go without empty your wallet.

I SERIOUSLYHATE giving one and two stars. I try to rarely do it and I REALLY had my hopes up for this place. Ok, so first off, I had read some where that the AYCE Sushi lunch deal was $ 10.99. Evidently the price increased by $ 3. because now it’s $ 13.99. While I wanted to have a super fun experience, I was disappointed:(booo! Here’s the scoop: 1. The AYCE menu is a bit confusing so make sure you ask questions! 2. Service is very slow. I feel like there is a reason for this. The slower you eat, you will feel fuller. By taking sooooo much time between the things you order, you’re going to feel fuller faster. Tricky, tricky… 3.Obviously they are not offering their best sushi rolls on the AYCE Lunch menu. 4. The salad bar and soup come with this deal but we were not told that. It’s ok, the salad bar is lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. The soup is clear broth. 5. What you order is NOT consistent!!! On the apps, I ordered the Shumi and there were aprox 8 pieces. When my daughter placed an order of the Shumi, there were 3 pieces. We also placed two orders of the chicken off the app menu and it was quite the opposite. The first order was very small and the second order was double the size, lol 6. Inconsistency in this place is an issue and I’ll tell you why. They do have a policy that if you leave sushi on your plate, they charge you .75 a piece for every piece you don’t eat. I understand the policy! But here’s where the problem with consistency comes in… I thought I may be able to devour a second roll. The description stated it came with 6 pieces per roll. Even at 6 pieces, I knew it would be a challenge but I ordered it anyway. The roll came out with 12 pieces! While I would normally never complain about receiving double the food, in this situation, I had to say something. Why should I pay an additional .75 a piece per sushi when I was expecting half the amount?! I’ve been planning my visit to this spot for weeks. Totally had my hopes up only to be deflated. 99.9% chance I won’t be returning.

Great service and good food. Four of us had dinner on a Tuesday and there were only about three other tables with customers. The servers were nice, attentive, and quick. They politely explained how all-you-can-eat works. They answered all of our questions and gave good recommendations. We had the All-You-Can-Eat-Sushi and it was worth the $ 18.99. The fried Gyoza was excellent. Ragoons were also noticeably good. Sesame Balls were probably my favorite item of the entire meal. The Wasabi Stinger Roll(with jalapeño) was delicious. The rest of the rolls were fairly standard in quality and uniqueness. I wasn’t a fan of the Green Tea Mochi but the Chocolate Mochi was very good. I’d recommend Sushi Kingdom to friends.

Everyone has different expectations when it comes to sushi. I love sushi but am no expert. I’ve had my fair share from the sushi joints around Cincinnati and in my opinion, this place is average for the price. The sushi is better than what you will get at your typical Chinese buffet but not as good as the stuff you get at a straight up sushi joint. The menu online was a bit confusing so we weren’t sure whether this was truly an all you can eat restaurant, but it is. You order from a card similar to other sushi bars. Soups, salads, appetizers and fried rice(with choice of meat) are all also included with the all you can eat dinner. The soup and salad are buffet style but everything else is made in the kitchen or behind the sushi bar. The restaurant itself is nothing to get excited about but the staff was very friendly and the food was good. I think it was a bit pricey, but I could have kept eating to get a better value :) This is probably a better deal during the week for lunch.

This is a top notch sushi buffet. They have great service, and have a lot of interesting side dishes available. I suggest bringing a group of around 6 people, because that allows everybody to try lots of different pieces and rolls before they get too full. There’s not a huge variety of rolls, but there really are quite a few to choose from. However, don’t forget to leave room for the amazing mochi ice cream at the end. PS– there’s a mango mochi ice cream that’s not on the menu, but it’s there if you ask for it, and it might actually be the best flavor.

Nice place, good quality sushi. $ 18.99 all you can eat sushi($ 9.99 for kids) — I would recommend going this route. I brought my two younger kids thinking we would never spend that much, but we ended up spending exactly that amount even though we didn’t order any of the more expensive rolls. I typically order sashimi so I asked the server what she recommended. She said their salmon sashimi was the best, even though I insisted on ordering tuna sushi. Well, she was right. The tuna was decent(much smaller fish portion) but their salmon sashimi was really one of the best I’ve have. Huge pieces and very fresh. Sushi Kingdom is a good place to fill up on American type rolls(and their salmon sashimi). Weekday lunch prices were good too. I’d reco trying it out.

This is probably«as good as it gets» in terms of AYCE sushi in Cincinnati, and I love this place, but it’s not quite to the level it can be. Prices are okay for Cincinnati, considering again, it’s AYCE. My fiancé and I spend about 50 including tip here, so it’s not somewhere we go weekly, but definitely when we’re craving sushi or nigiri. Unfortunately, sashimi costs more, but I can’t really complain. I love how they don’t skimp out on the fish in their nigiri. I’ll always get the salmon, whitefish, tuna, yellowtail, and red clam nigiri(red clam and salmon are my faves). Their spicy tuna and salmon rolls are very good too. My fiancé likes the Cincinnati roll, which has good crunchy texture, but it’s a lot of sauce, and I definitely feel full a lot faster. The udon and shrimp teriyaki are also some of our faves. The only disappointing thing in terms of food is their lack of desserts. The mochi ice cream was disappointing because the mochi seemed stale and definitely not chewy like it’s supposed to be. Service is generally great here. The owner seems to recognize us now and is very, very friendly. If you’re a first-timer at Sushi Kingdom, she explains how it all works. Out of the four times my fiancé and I have gone, there was only one time where food took a while to get out. However, generally, you don’t have to expect much of a wait. tl;dr best bang for your buck for AYCE sushi in Cincinnati. Service is generally on point.

I LOVELOVELOVE sushi kingdom :-) I was very sad to see Kyojin be closed awhile back and ecstatic to find out they were being replaced. To be clear, Sushi Kingdom is WAY better than the old place however. The new place follows the made to order approach where you mark what you want on a paper and they make it on the spot. This ensures fresh sushi and I love the change. They have tons of great choices and are very reasonably priced. I usually come for lunch and always leave happy. The staff is very nice and remember me so it’s fun to come back every time. Highly highly recommended if you like sushi. My favorite in this area.

I had to delete my previous review because I have come back here 2 or 3 times and I have to say that they have gotten a lot better and it is actually a great place for lunch. Do not come here expecting mind blowing or earth shatteringly good sushi because that is not what this place is about. This is a quantity over quality situation plain and simple. Be honest with me and your self you want to come here because you want to eat as much sushi as you can and that is alright because this place has all you can eat sushi down. You get good quality sushi at a decent price and you don’t have to feel bad ordering that 3rd4th or 8th roll because the price stays the same. If you are hungry and want to fill up your tank with some good sushi and don’t want to go broke doing it this is the place for you.
