Tri-State Center For Sight – Hyde Park

My eye doctor here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I also got my contacts here. I know this is old-​fashioned but Shaughn was awesome! He always made sure I was taken care of. He would have my contacts sitting out waiting for me. He would stay a few minutes late to make sure I got them and everything was processed. Last week I found out that Shaughn no longer works there. I don’t know the situation. But the service I got today was awful. I called ahead and the new person wasn’t ready for me. She had closed down her system for the day so she couldn’t process it tonight. (Granted I got there right as they were closing.) I guess I’m just used to better service. I’ll go online from now on.
