Accuracy and quality control don’t seem to be strengths for this location. I used to visit the drive-thru regularly but after increasingly numerous screw-ups with my orders I started going elsewhere. I recently opted to give them another chance but they left the Asiago cheese and bacon off my Asiago ranch chicken club sandwich so I won’t be returning.

Service was very fast and friendly in the drive-thru. The drive-thru was made kind of weird but can easily be done. I ordered my spicy go wrap without lettuce but there was lettuce. It cant tell if they meant to put a few pieces on there to be funny or that is legitimately how much lettuce they provide. I actually ended up leaving the lettuce on because it wasnt a huge amount of it like usual and because it was actually crispy lettuce. It was quite tastey. My sweet tea was gross though. It couldn’t be saved. It wasn’t sweet at all, which was fine because I could have just added sweetener but because it tasted like water with the tiniest hint of tea, I threw it out. This is still better than the other Wendys locations nearby.

Visited this Wendy’s for lunch today and it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had their new Asian chicken salad which was a great choice. Very fresh ingredients and the dressing had a nice kick of spice to it. The restaurant itself was clean just a bit cold(hadn’t kicked the heat on yet) but all in all a very good experience. I will be back!

The service is good for a fast food place, and the food was surprisingly good as well. I ordered a salad, which is usually dicey when ordered from a fast food restaurant. It was excellent(chicken pecan salad)! I will definitely be stopping back again for another one very soon!

Best Feature: FROSTYS! And great service! Worst Feature: Eh, the food taste is great for fast food, but I could definitely find better. I’m not a huge fan of fast food, that’s for sure. Over the past year, I’ve worked to cut out fast food from my diet. However, sometimes life doesn’t give you a lot of time to work with and on days where I’m scrambling to catch a meal, I give in and grab something from a major chain. I must say, though, for fast food, Wendy’s is where it’s at! I have tried burgers, boneless wings, chili and more. The burgers may not be the BEST burgers I’ve ever had, but they do taste better(in my opinion) than McDonald’s or Burger King! I love the fact they’ve put in a variety of different kinds of Frosty drinks. They also have salads and other goodies, plus kid’s meals. This particular location earned themselves five stars for their service. We initially pulled up and ordered two combos and a medium Frosty. We then waited for about 5 minutes after the woman at the drive-thru had apologized for the wait and told us she’d just added new Frosty stuff to the Frosty machine and were waiting for it to mix it up. Finally, they came to the window and apologized profusely, telling us that they were sorry but they’d discovered the Frosty machine was actually down. They offered me a vanilla frosty and said they’d throw in any kind of candy we wanted(M&Ms, cookie dough, etc). I really liked their demeanor — I felt like they were really trying hard to give us a good experience and did their best to satisfy us despite technical difficulties. I would’ve given this place four stars, since their food quality is just not comparable to other restaurants around the city, but I’m bumping it up for their awesome staff! Way to go!
