First off, the service is OK, they may solve your problem or they may not. Don’t expect to be treated special if you paid have something fix and you are still having an issue.
I had some good work done by them years ago, on my Conquest TSI, it took a while to get it fix, but it finally got handled. Later when I got my BMW I had some issues they said they knew the fix, after a few tries, I still had the problem and was out a chunk of change. Turns out all I had to do was Google the problem and the fix was listed, which was completely different from what they were doing. It took me 15 minutes and the issue was solved for a while. Later I had it professional repaired which it took 1.5 hours of labor, where I was told it was going to take 4 plus more hours to track down this ‘know issue’ with these cars.
Customer Service has disappeared and because of that, so have I.
