Michael Zipfel, the founder and President of Zipfel Mortgage Group, has been in the mortgage business since graduating from Miami University with a degree in finance in 2001. Focusing on a fundamentally sound approach to home finance, Mr. Zipfel realized early in his career that providing the most aggressive rates and terms requires a low overhead structure. In addition, Michael’s analytical approach to mortgage enables him to maximize his clients’ dollars by aptly providing advice and product placement based on each client’s particular situation, taking into consideration each borrower’s ownership horizon, credit & income scenario, downpayment/​equity position, and foreseeable life changes, all of which play a major role when selecting the ideal loan scenario.
