My cat’s vet — who only treats cats — recommended Robyn A. Steiner, the Chief of Staff at Cinnaminson, to me on 5÷26÷16 because I was looking for a new vet for my hound mix. I called Cinnaminson and made an appointment for Saturday, 6÷4÷16. I just received a call from Cinnaminson (on 6÷1÷16 @ approximately 10:45a.m.) canceling my appointment, refusing to see us, and referring us to a dermatologist in Levittown, PA instead. (For reference, I live in Mount Laurel, NJ, which is definitely not close to Levittown.) Yes, I mentioned that my dog has been having skin sensitivities when I made the appointment. However, I also made it clear that I was looking for a new vet in general because I have been having a surprisingly difficult time finding a vet that I am happy with in South Jersey. Clearly I have to keep looking because that vet obviously will not be at Cinnaminson.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and love the caring and compassion the staff have towards all the animals and their people pets. They take the time to talk to you and listen to concerns you have. When needed they take the time to make follow up calls to ensure the best care is provided for all involved.

Everyone here is absolutely amazing. I came to Cinnaminson animal hospital once just to ask questions about a stray I was thinking about taking in. The man at the desk was so informative, with the pros AND cons, and also gave me advice on the best ways to bring him in and make him feel welcomed by my other cat. His advice was purrfect!
I bring both of my cats to Dr. Mason and would never take them anywhere else.
I have had a great experience every single visit!

The Vets and techs are great. I have never even gone anywhere else… or considered it. That being said I think it is a little expensive, but can u put a price on mans best friend?
I am always very comfortable with the Vets, and more importantly, so is my dog.

If you’re not bringing your 4-​legged family members here you should be. They are so incredible. My old dog has been their patient from a young dog to sadly her last moments. They took the best care of her though her life and death. I can’t recommend them enough.

We’ve only been clients for 6 months, but already this hospital stands out as the best pet care facility we have ever taken our cats to. The knowledge and self-​less devotion their team brings to their line of work is both reassuring and admirable. Too often pet care facilities simply try to sell you a new service or product in the name of profitability rather than true patient care. No example could be further from that greed-​driven focus than this hospital. They truly care about what is best for your pet, not what is most expensive fix to the problem.
Should you need them, they do carry a full line of top-​quality daily care, dietary, and behavioral products to assist their clients as well as excellent boarding services.
You are always in the best of hands here!

Great vet. Dr Steiner is one of those great vets who will be on the floor with your dog seconds after she is in the room. I haven’t seen the other vets, because we’ve had such a great experience with her that we always request Dr Steiner. Our pup was spayed there with no problem. I’ve called for advice, and always received a call back. I’m completely comfortable leaving our 14 year old Brittany and our young pup at the kennel (for customers only). The staff is always friendly, and one tech even took a picture of our young dog on her cell phone a year ago, and still has it! No complaints!
