We have combined almost 20 years of experience in family law. Our attorneys are trained in family mediation and collaborative practice. We can offer more options to our clients than the typical family practice. We have offices in North and South Jersey, and can see clients by appointment throughout the State.

Business Owner

Melissa Fecak, Esq. is a founding partner in Fecak & Williams, P.C. Melissa has more than 11 years of experience in family law. A graduate of Seton Hall School of Law, Melissa attended law school at night while working full time. She is a dedicated attorney who takes her time to explain all options to her clients so that they can make fully informed decisions. Melissa is a trained mediator and is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. She is also a collaborative practitioner and belongs to the International Association of Collaborative Practitioners.
