I brought my older Impala in for a bumper repair. I didn’t want to spend too much and I also wanted an estimate on some dings in my door. I used to work down the street from them, so I always kept them in the back of my head, just in case. The day came. It’s a mom and pop shop so I was worried they really wouldn’t be interested in my little job. Or maybe they would be soooo interested they would push me into making a decision I wasn’t ready to make. Jim the owner came right out and met me. He shared his knowledge of bumper repairs and how he can fix it without getting a brand new one. He spoke in «laymans» terms so I could understand exactly what he planned on doing. He wrote an estimate up on bumper and dings. I was surprised bc for a small shop he brought his laptop right out used his estimating program and I had a printed copy in no time. He asked me when I needed the car fixed by and his upcoming schedule. I told him I would have to get other estimates and get back to him. I went to another place (I’ll review them later) and the guy was a little abrasive and his estimate was higher. Two days passed and I got a call from Jim asking how I made out with other estimates, I told him not good. He suggested a day for me to bring the car in. I did, it was done in 24hours. Bumper looks brand new and the color match is fab. Dings? What dings? And even took my car and had it washed and vacuumed. If he’s not married well I might just make my move on him. ;) he’s a keeper. I’d highly recommend

She had a radiator replaced on her Jeep Cherokee and was extremely happy with the service she received. These guys are tops and now have three happy customers who have spread the word (hopefully more of their customers are spreading the word the old fashioned way, by word of mouth).
