Established in 2015.

5 Star A.B.S was formed by Genevieve Maiorana in 2015 after successfully owning and operating her practice as a Sole Proprietor since 2010.

The 5 Star — All Stars provide exceptional tax, accounting and business advisory services from tax returns, basic bookkeeping and human resources to business development plans.

We work with a variety of technology solutions to provide effective and efficient services at our facility while placing emphasis on customer relationships and superior service.

Business Owner

Working extensively with small-​medium markets since 1995, Genevieve enjoys supporting clients in a variety of industries and places emphasis on effective solutions to improve or streamline business/​workflow, develop sound accounting systems, maximize profits, implement internal controls and guide business through existing or upcoming regulations that impact tax, liability and daily operations.

She is a strong business advisor with an aptitude to help clients realize potential, increase productivity and achieve sustainable results. Her experience as a seasoned manager and professional in tax and accounting, human resources and business development has led to sustainable growth for 5 Star Accounting & Business Solutions, her clients and internal teams.

Genevieve’s experience spans a variety of information technology, GAAP, financial reporting and analysis, asset management, budgeting, policies and procedures, payroll, tax, HR, business plans and strategic planning.
