This review is based solely on customer service. I contacted Lori to set-​up two cleanings for this holiday season before my baby arrives. Lori was quick to respond, but unfortunately after scheduling, she realized that she did not have a team available to service my area. Lori immediately contacted me to apologize and to provide a referral to another highly rated company in my area. A couple of days later, Lori once again messaged me to follow-​up and make sure that I was take care of. I truly appreciate her concern and professionalism. Although I am unable to comment on the quality of their cleans, I would definitely recommend based on customer service!

Lori was recommended to us thru a co-​worker. Lori and staff did a A+ job cleaning my house after a kitchen remodel left us dusty from top to bottom. I hired Clean Sweep to come every other week and Peggy has not missed a week. She is extremely dependable and trustworthy.
And, she is a great housecleaner. I look forward to coming home to a clean house.

I first met Lori of Clean Sweep House Cleaning when I was helping move an elderly relative. The place needed a deep cleaning. Lori gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled a time to do the job. She was punctual and did a fantastic job. My relative received his entire cleaning deposit back. I was so impressed by the work she did that I hired her to clean my home. She and her staff are professional, reliable, and thorough. She has been cleaning my home since February 2014. I have a very busy schedule and can’t imagine not having her or her staff clean my home. I forward to her visits. I have recommended Clean Sweep to my family, friends and co-​workers.

We have been working with Lori at Clean Sweep for several years now. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family or friends (unless that made her too busy for us ;) !) I would hate to lose her as in my mind she has become pretty irreplaceable — trustworthy, efficient, does a great job, if she sees something that needs to be done, she does it!
