Custom Applications Painting

I hate writing this not so good review (zero stars for their back office person), because the painters did an awesome job on our house and were courteous on the job site. My problem is the back office person. I was threatened with a lawsuit within 2 sentences of questioning an incorrect revised estimate sent by Custom Applications Painting (see screen capture of estimate) on 10/​20/​2015. I didn’t personally negotiate the final estimate, so when the final price (at completion) didn’t match the last emailed estimate I questioned (non-​confrontational) the difference like any normal customer would do. I never said I would not pay the bill and I had my checkbook in hand. I just wanted clarification. Even after I emailed the estimate back to their office, the person on the phone was rude and threating. The response from Custom Applications should have been «I’m sorry, we sent you the incorrect estimate. We apologize for the mistake.» All would have been Ok. I have since taken down their advertisement sign from my yard and will not tell my neighbors who painted my house.

Was referred to Frank by another happy customer and was not disappointed. Their attention detail, timeliness and cleanliness were all amazing. They worked in 100 plus heat and did an amazing job. Everything was finished with great care and there was no reason to call them out for touchup work. Their crew was courteous and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone needing paint work done.

Custom Applications Painting painted my daughter’s home last summer and because we were so impressed with the work we hired them to paint the exterior of our home as well. Frank and his team painted our home in September of 2015 and it looks fabulous! His attention to detail and extensive prep work exceeded my expectations. He and his crew arrive on time and work hard all day. They are completely committed to superior customer service and results. I highly recommend this company without reservation.

Used Frank and his team to do some interior painting. Specifically, requested 12 interior doors and trim to be sprayed. Frank spent a full day prepping the home and resembled a paint booth. Attention to detail was spectacular. Frank is exceptionally focused on details and the end result was better than expected.
Couple of bumps along the 2.5 day project. Took .5 days longer than expected, but no worries. Frank and his foreman returned on a Saturday to finish the job.
When spraying downstairs, overspray mist covered the downstairs of our home. We had just cleaned the home, but spent several hours cleaning in the nooks and crannies when completed. Frank offered to send someone over to clean up, but we felt bad. The overall end result was exceptional and we understand containing all paint mist inside a home can be challenging. Just want to be objective.
The only concern was the initial price was xxx. Via email, Frank said he could do it for $ 100 less. When it came time to pay for the service, the $ 100 less via email was not honored.
I would highly recommend Frank as the end result is exceptional!

We hired this company to paint the interior of our new home. They’re fantastic! Very professional, classy painters who are very honest with you about the colors you want to use; they make suggestions and point you in a direction that will give you the end result you want: Beautiful colors that all blend well, a work of art essentially. I can’t say enough about this crew! They painted my son’s wall a camo theme and it turned out spectacular! They used a technique to give it the blended camo colors which also gave the wall extra texture. They gave suggestions on not doing the whole room a camo color because of how «busy» it would turn out. One wall was plenty and my son loves it! I recommend this company for ANY job you have.

I have used Custom Applications Painting on 5 different projects for my home. Exterior as well as interior. I also used them for my vacation home near the beach. The quility of work is outstanding. Until the job is perfect the crew doesn’t quit. They do not cut corners in order to cut their time or profit. Customer service has always been great with Frank and his crew. Custom Applications Painting is trustworthy and is the only painting contractor for me. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs painting done.
