We have been coming here for years, we think the service is awsome, Rose has been excellent and treats us great! I would defiantly recommend H&R Block!

HORRIBLE service! We went to the one on Madison ave last year and they messed up so bad the IRS had to get involved to fix all of their mistakes and find our refund. That’s what lead me to call this branch and when I call the receptionist is rude and let’s me ask all my questions to only tell me I need to speak to a prepare then a women gets on the phone that sounds really old an as soon as I even begin to speak she snaps at me saying that I need to slow down! Mind you I have gotten maybe 2 words out I then tell her I want to speak to a supervisor which she can clearly understand because she starts to get loud and tell at me! I could even understand her so I hung up an needless to say we will not be doing business with H&R block again!

Ohhhhh wow! I believe that this is the way to go for tax preparation but just not today and definitely not with this «tax professional». Something about broken English and struggling typing skill doesn’t lend a sense of security. Ask for Maria instead and have better piece of mind!

I had a bad taste in my mouth with H&R Block in 2007 (they didn’t get my full refund). I went to get my taxes amended today and these goobers were super friendly and they didn’t even charge me. They sent me on my happy way to the post office. Damnit H&R Block I hate loving you!!!
