We are a self-​serve coin operated laundromat which happens to take credit cards, Android Pay and Apple Pay on all of our washers and dryers. Paradise Laundry is part of a chain of Eco-​friendly laundromats serving the Sacramento region. We are committed to providing a clean environment with fully operational, Eco-​friendly machines to speed our self-​serve customers through the laundry process.

Our Eco Wash™ preserves natural resources by using cold water so we can pass the savings on to you, our customers. Good for the environment; good for your pocketbook!

All of our Laundromats are open365 days of the year including holidays.

History

Established in 2010.

My husband Jim and I purchase Sunrise Coin Wash in December of ’09 and immediately close it down for remodeling. Everything is new from the floor to the ceiling. The response from customers has been wonderful and we look forward to providing a clean, enjoyable laundry experience for all of our customers for years to come.

Nice clean laundry mat. This is my go to place for clean clothes. I like how they have a rewards card and how they accept credit cards instead of dealing with quarters if you have a credit card that is. I also like how the dryers are hot and really dry my clothes. There is tv and music playing also some toys for the kids and vending machines this place is awesome I highly recommend!

This is seriously the most cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. All the washers and dryers are very clean, and all of them accept credit card including their huge 8 load size washer. They have 4 different sizes washers and multiple dryers that works excellent! The staff here are super friendly and also have a great sense of humour. Definitely a laundromat I recommend to others when they need some laundry done!

As much as I hate laundromats, there are times where larger and bulkier washables need washing and I’m not about to cram that into my home washer. This comforter smelled a lot like dog. It was time. passed time.
I’ve lived in less than desirable places, run down neighborhood, crappy scary laundromats:
* What do you suppose has been washed in here?
* Is it safe, do you think?
I was pleased to see this self service laundry was clean (except for the rain footprints on the floor … no dings for that). Machines are obviously kept up and general maintenance is done. It’s bright, has a soda machine, snack machine, and candy too. I can’t comment on the age of the magazines. I Unilocaled the entire time there.
Found an unoccupied «Maxi» large washer and after a quick inspection, loaded in my comforter. $ 6 to wash and then off to the 50lb capacity dryer for $ 1.50 for 30 minutes. Comforter is clean. Not very usable anymore, but that’s another story.
The «mat» offers:
* 14 @ top load washers — $ 1.50 to $ 2.00
* 4 @ Maxi (5 load) washers — $ 5.50 to $ 6.00
* 6 @ Triple (3 load) washers — $ 3.25 to $ 3.75
* 1 @ Magnum (80lb) washer — $ 8.00 to $ 9.00
* 8 @ 5 load (50lb) dryers at 25 cents per 5 minutes
* 12 @ 3 load dryers at 25 cents per 7 minutes
I don’t know that «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» is really applicable but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised and, when needed, I will be back.

A college student’s ideal laundry mat! Inside is clean, well taken care of machines, and is usually quiet which is perfect for studying while you wash your laundry!

This has got to be the cleanest and most chill laundromat I’ve ever seen. There’s a donut shop and a convenience store within 50 paces and McDonald’s right across the street.
Customers here look out for each other. You can leave your stuff and get a sandwich and it will still be there when you get back.
The owners even let us hang a band promo !
They’re open late too… which we needed once when the cat did cat things…

I don’t come here often, usually to wash a quilt. It is clean and very nice here! The gentleman that works here is very friendly and recommend what machine to use. This is the only place I come to! Love it!

Very clean well maintained machines and facility. My experience with the staff has been mixed. The owners are a little arrogant. I found a sign about washing animal blankets at more run down Laundromat distasteful. Additionally, a large sign is posted advertising a 10pm close time. I was turned away at 905pm after being told last load in at 9. Please update the sign. Finally, I am hiding behind an avatar because I find anonymity is more conducive to honesty.

I come to use the biggest washer for my comforter, it’s a little pricey $ 8 per wash but that’s my only option for now. However, the place is clean, always available washer/​dryers. I really like that the washer is always clean unlike other places I tried.

I can’t believe I’m posting a review for a laundry mat. Place is very clean, and has signs everywhere telling you how to work everything. Very informative if you have never used a laundry mat. This place has various size washers. A 30lb washer, 50lbs, and a 80 pounder. Of course it has single loaders as well. The dryers are huge, you can fit 3 or 4 loads of laundry in them, and they are super powerful. 25 cents for 7 min, so for .75 cent to $ 1.00 you can dry 3 or 4 loads of laundry on high. They also have the other heat settings. You also save money and laundry soap on the multi loader washers. You only need to use ¼ cup for the 30lb washer and 1⁄3 cup on the 50lb washer, not sure how much for the 80lb one. If you have comforters as well this is the place to go… You can wash 2 in the 50lb washer. 5.50 for cold and 5.75 or 6.00 for hot or warm. Cant remember the price.
They big washers take credit/​debit but it charges 25 cents extra. All the dryers take quarters and same with the single load washers. They have a vending machine with snacks, and one if you need soap or dryer sheets.

I think it’s a little funny to rate a laundry mat but I felt inclined to give a great review based on my experience. It’s a small and VERY CLEAN laundry mat. Prices are reasonable. Machines are great. I was impressed to see that I can pay with card for some of the washers, super convenient. I was in and out. No problem!

Paradise Laundry has to be the cleanest laundromat I have ever used. This laundromat is also well maintained by the owner and it shows. My wife and I drive from Carmichael to Citrus Heights just to go to this laundromat.
The average wash is about $ 1.75 per load and they have 80 lb washers as well as 50 lb dryers. The larger washers and dryers also take credit cards/​debit cards. Debbie is the owner and sometimes she is in the laundromat cleaning up and talking to customers. They also have a «fold & sort» service for an additional fee.
I would definitely recommend this laundromat!

I used to live in Citrus Heights but moved to East Sac a few months back and I still take my laundry here! Clean, safe, awesome owners, eco friendly and free wifi… What more could I ask for? Do my laundry for me? SURE! Yes, they also offer laundry service for a great fee. And if you dont know about thier laundry club card, visit thier web page and sign up! It’s worth it ;)

Lots of laundry to do. I normally do at least a load a day but I didn’t even have time for that so it piled up pretty bad and I was just not in the mood to do laundry, fold and put away all day. I asked around and a neighbor suggested Paradise Laundry because it is where she washes the big comforters. I normally went to a different one to wash those but it is far from where I live and this one is a little closer so I tried it.
They have Eco friendly machines and they come in all sizes. They have a monster machine in there that fits 80 pounds of dirty clothes for about 8 bucks depending on the temperature you choose to wash your clothes in. Yes, that is the one I used for all my colors and bedding and there was still space! The clothes came out super clean and smelling great! Of course my detergent and fabric softener had a lot to do with that but get this, even in that big of a machine you use less detergent than you would in a regular load at home.
They also have 2 different size dryers but they are still huge. A quarter gives you 7 minutes in one and 5 minutes in the larger one.
So I was done washing, drying and folding in about 2 and a half hours, got home and in 15 minutes put it all away instead of it being a full day of work. And… I used a lot less detergent too. It was a total win for me. I’ve since been there 2 times and plan on stopping by again this week to wash and put away the winter comforters.
