I want to update my original review to reflect that the owner contacted my mother and they worked out an equitable solution that left them both satisfied. While I am very pleased that he did so, I am still not happy that the shop manager wasn’t proactive in the first place. This was a very stressful experience for my mother, who is a senior living on a limited income. I do appreciate that the owner wanted to make it right.

I was so happy with my experience at Red D!
My car died and the owners Jason and Wes kept their shop open late in order to wait for my tow truck to deliver my car. So nice! They kept me in the loop throughout the day and I got an honest assessment of the damages, fixed the problems and got it back quickly.
I couldn’t have asked for better service and am really happy to have a shop I trust as my new go-​to for my car needs.

Paid $ 500 for a problem I didn’t have. And they didn’t take care of anything I actually went there for. But told me my problem was solved… Not even close. Thanks for nothing guys. Never going here again.
