Subway

This is the worst Subway ever. We’ve been coming here for a few years and after today I will not ever eat here again. The manager/​owner is a real douche bag. He is very unprofessional and argues with the customer. They honor only the coupons they want to and toast your sandwich so it’s unedible. I tried explaining nicely to him what my issue was with his store policy and that my sandwich looked nothing like the picture. Instead he just yells at me in front the lobby which had a few customers that a sign is a sign and their sandwichs have nothing to do with pictures. I told him it was false advertising. Then to top it off after i go to pay he won’t take my coupon saying only certain locations take them. Funny 2 days ago they took the same one at the same location. Save your self the hassle and go to a different Subway. This place sucks. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been coming in here for a long time now and never had a problem till now, 1) the guy who made my sandwich didn’t know how to make it and added a second kind of cheese and tried to charge me for it. It comes with cream cheese as the single cheese but then asks me what kind of cheese I want for the sandwich after he put the cream cheese on it. So he didn’t charge me for that but after it was all said and done I get home noticed the reciept he charged me for the cream cheese AND cranberry sauce which comes on this sandwich in the 1^st place, so I can see what’s going on with these bad reviews now, the owner needs to fix this cause it never used to be like this… :-/

My self and my husband have been coming to this subway for a while, there always very nice and helpful but there’s been a lot of the time the vegetables haven’t been fresh as they should have been and I have been there a lot of times and they have been out of half of the breads and there soda Machine has been out of soda. But there has been times where everything is fresh and there’s been no problems. The staff is always very nice and they always ask how everything is and if you need anything else.

Bought the turkey breast and black forest ham but only got 3 pieces of each meat? Seemed very little for an almost $ 8 sandwich, and when I called another subway they said It should at least have four slices of each, may not seem important but I’m not okay with paying to eat mostly carbs and barely protein and lots of veggies to make up for the skimped meat lol. Thanks Eamun the worker for this experience and giving me the incentive to learn about how sandwiches should be made in subway. No hard feelings, just that I don’t like when my money is spent for something not worth it

Bad experience. Avoid.
The owner is always rude (and seems to always be there) but today was. interesting. A friend of mine and I were sitting and waiting for another friend. We ordered drinks and sat down and waited for about an hour. The place stayed pretty empty so we didn’t feel bad at all taking up a table. Once our friend showed up, we went over to get a sandwich and the owner went off on us, saying we were rude for taking up a table in his empty subway, waiting to spend money… ridicules…

I tried to give it a second chance and came in and ordered a spicy Italian footlong on Italian herb & cheese. After I corrected she said she would have to make another since she already put the ham on the bread. I thought no problem however when I we t to pay she charged me for the ham that I didn’t want and she scrapped. Seriously this is ridiculous folks!

I was told this story by my daughter, who is the girl Danielle is talking about. She may not have know he is also not paying my daughter. He says «She in training… she no get paid… she can have sandwich.» No money from April 8 through April 27. Yes, I have filed complaints. She is not the only «employee» he has made to work for free. Oh, well, there is the sandwich.

I only go to this location because it’s close to my house, but I try and avoid it if I can. The owner is very unpleasant man, never smiles and looks pissed all the time. He’s stingy with all the toppings and overall the sandwiches are poorly made compared to other subways. It appears his staff doesn’t like their jobs because he’s such a buzz kill. Avoid if you can

Really unfriendly staff. No greeting. No smiles. No response to chit-​chat. I think the owner was working and it was making the worker silent. The place was empty. They were skimpy on the veggies. They computed my meal price incorrectly. It was just a really uncomfortable experience all around. They get two stars because I do love a good sandwich.

I went here the other day and I don’t know why I didn’t immediately walk out! It was much warmer inside than it was outside, and there was not a patron in sight. I walked up and began ordering my sandwiches and he had already toasted them with the cheese, when I realized something was terribly wrong-​he wasn’t wearing gloves! He picked the veggies up and shoved them onto my sandwich with his bare hands :(Then he cut the sandwich with a knife he pulled out of a FILTHY tub of water (there was mayonnaise floating around in the grey mess). I was in absolute shock. I paid for the food and got the heck outta there! I know I shouldn’t have paid, but I was literally dumbstruck!
