The meatball was very good but my wife veggie was even better! The staff was friendly.

(Not bad/filled up sandwich good.) Came here looking for something new and for a sandwich. So I Unilocaled for a couple different places and I saw this place. The reviews were mixed with«Hidden Gem» to «it was alright», so I gave it a try. Food: I ordered the Bob Marley 8″ Sub. It’s a turkey Avocado with your choice of veggies. My opinion on it: was filled good, lots of avocado(that’s good), tasted pretty fresh. Sandwich was good no complaints. Price: Just above average price. I payed under $ 10 for a sandwich & water. Just above the quality of a subway sandwich and below a BechHutDeli. Same goes for the price. Surroundings: The Deli/restaurant was split in half w/another co-owned building(Bar & Deli). The Deli half was where I was. It was very simple inside, noting wrong with that unless they they don’t care for attracting more people inside. Service: The people were friendly and helpful. No complaints. Overall: Overall the question is if I would come back again or suggest it to a friend. My opinion is that the price is a little to high for a simple sandwich and location to come back again. So no I probably will not come back again. As for suggesting this place to others I would say for everyone to give it a try. Your opinion is/can(be) different then mine. So I wouldn’t suggest this specific place, but if Someone were to ask me weather or not to go to this place, I would say no. (You actually read all this?! Haha good for you ;D) (Have a good day!)

My bf and I got the hot ham and pastrami it was very bland way too much mayo, bread got soggy very quickly, onions were still a little frozen, no special sauces to liven it up. .only reason I’m giving it more than 1 star is because there was a good amount of meat, subway is way superior to this place!

Pretty decent prices for some really good food. Their sandwhiches are stuffed to the max with fresh ingredients(which is important to me). They also have a lot of other foods to choose from and their beef vegetable soup is the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant!

We came here for some take out. I don’t think I would ever eat here. The sad little bar that it is attached to is dark and run down. The deli is bright and if you go in the correct door you can bypass the bar. Something I wish I had done. We had a coupon so we got 2 large Bob Marley’s. The sandwhich is huge. You will not be able to finish it. We ordered to go so I had them put the ranch sauce on the side. Another Unilocaler gave me that idea so my bread doesn’t get soggy. Happy for that tip. We also got garlic fries and those were excellent. Go in the right door and be treated to good food.

This place is a hidden gem, I go there just for the salads, The small salad is massive, myself and all my co– workers stop by there and pick one up on a daily basis, I even pick them up to go when I’m having company over for dinner and also just as a healthy alternative to fast food when I don’t want to cook on a hot summer night. The avocado salad is amazing.

This place has some great sandwiches! Including a dialed homemade ranch and if you like avocado they don’t hold back. My favorite is the Bob Marley which is a turkey, cheese and avocado on a french roll with a healthy amount of ranch and produce. If you get it to go you may want to ask for the ranch on the side, or it may get soggy. Overall a decent place for a good sandwich.

I work at olive garden across the street and this is our go to place for a drink after a long night. The place looks a little old and worn down but i think it adds to the charm. The crowd can be questionable sometimes but the bartenders are chill. Last time i came they had beer pong set up. The pool tables are free and they also have darts.

I purchased the Groupon and I didnt care for this place much at all. I got some sandwiches to go and by the time I got home one was soggy from the tomatoes, and the other was a hot pastrami and it was the worst pastrami ive ever had. They do pile their sandwiches high, but that doesnt always make for a good sandwich. The pizza was not very good either. They have a bar in the back, im guessing thats what keeps them in business, because it cant be the food.

This place flay out sucks. After reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the French dip and my girlfriend the pastrami. The dip was terrible. The meat was like leather the bun some dry sponge type material which turned to mush in your mouth. The au jus was like watered down folgers coffee no taste at all it was like dipping a shoe in chew spit. The pastrami was another bad story not even worth writing about. If you want absolutely crappy food come here wait there is a bar next door have ten shots of tequila then and only then might the food be OK.

Terrific sandwiches. I tried the 007(roast beef, ham & swiss), Al Capone(salami, mortadella, capicolla & provolone), Bob Marley(turkey, avocado, ranch & cheese), and a pastrami & swiss(I forget what that one’s called. The Jerry Brown?), and they were ALL good. I ordered«The Works» on all the sandwiches and particularly liked the way the tomatoes, pickles and onions were diced. I’ve never had that anywhere before. Delicious! Damn, I’m getting hungry just typing this. :-)

This is the kind of place you have driven by a thousand times. Looks odd from the outside. Let me tell you that these guys make a real sandwich. The meat is stacked high with fresh veggies. This place blows the doors off of Subway and Togos. Plus they have a Full bar next door. What else could one possibly ask for

I had the al capone, and the bob marley, on a bogo entertainment coupon. I got the large size and laughed on how huge these things are. Although an Italian sandwich has been my favorite from subway in years past, this bob marley is way better. The hardest part is figuring out how to eat one of these bad boy’s because how fat they are.

I wanted a quick, easy, super good sandwich shop, so I looked on Unilocal and found Sundance sandwich. This place is YUMMY!!! The sandwiches are open faced and large(I got a small)!! I wish I got a mini :) I went here for lunch and got a huge sandwich, bag of chips of my choice, a cookie and a large soda for only $ 6.95. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the atmosphere was not good. They cater too, which is cool, but all their supplies for it are everywhere. Not very pretty, they should have it in the back. They have a bar as well, off the back part of the restaurant, it has it’s own entrance from the front which is good. Overall this place was great, food was awesome! Definitely will recommend to all.

Quite good. Not fancy, inside or out. Went on a Sunday and they were cooking tri-tip outside. We had turkey avocado and the tri-tip. Food was delicious and generous. My wife and I liked the bread just fine. — - Full disclosure, this place is not gourmet and is not Italian. It is a basic, generous, simple, American style deli. As my wife said, think Beach Hut — but without the bikini tops. Service was quite good — though the one high-chair they had was quite dirty, the guy cleaned it very well and he had a great attitude the whole time. Large sandwich probably feeds 2 – 4 people.

Okay, if you are starving and unlikely to have another meal in the next week, than this is the place for you. The sandwich fillings were so monstrously loaded onto the bread it honestly required eating the thing with a fork. And a «small». if only that size was considered to be a small in other places in life… However, if you were thinking deli, fresh baked bread, gourmet toppings… try again. The only reason i ever walked into this place was because of the other two Unilocal reviews raving about it. Guess we have different tastes in sandwiches. The bread was likely purchased at winco, and their cheese was likely kraft. But you are famished, it will probably do the trick. The«Medium» sandwich that I ordered(since the little bread up on the wall showing the size of a small was puny) was loaded so frickin full that the meat(which was likely an entire turkey) and toppings just sat as a pile on my plate, since the bread was so full it could not support the fillings and fell apart completely when trying to eat it. It was not the idea sandwich for a picnic.
